So this is what happens when the competitive crowd gets a hold of a fighting game.. They dumb it down and make it look like its not worth playing.. They find the characters that take the least amount of work to be good with and call it "top tier".. They then all abuse these characters in hopes they get a easy win and make top 8..

How is this a positive for the over all FGC again? How does this help injustice to grow? Either the pros are too lazy to get good with other characters or Superman and Black Adam are that much better than the rest of the cast and the game is broken..

Any competitive game there is something to abuse. The game is out a month, when money is involved, you use whoever gives you the best chance to win. Over time, you either stick w/that char, or have mastered the char you truly want to play. I really don't understand what you are attempting to say

Really then why is Chaell Sonnen the biggest draw in UFC and before him Brock Lesnar? Its cause people want to be entertained. GSP only draws cause of Canada this is a fact. Yes ive watched every gsp fight ever. He hasnt finished a guy in literaly years he is the worst champ in the UFC and only draws cause lol Canada. In this game you need to go top tier.

I can go my favorite character and go 0-2 (Final Strike) or 1-2 (WNF 2.5) or I can use Superman or Bladam and get 2nd place.

As much as I like using my favorite characters, you just can't if you want to win. Can't blame people for choosing good characters.

Uh you do realize these events are televised and streamed to provide entertainment right? You dont gain recognition by being boring or money for that matter.

Not to be a dick, but I'm pretty sure the players at tournaments don't care if the stream monsters are entertained. They're there for one purpose, to win.

Yeah Lebron isn't really good or anything and his main focus is entertaining the crowd. GTFO!! And Bill Russel was one the greatest and yeah the Celtics didn't win with him or anything.

Any QB in a run first offense, whose job is to just be a field general and control the game. Any QB who is not an explosive runner or throws the deep pass.
