Question The Buffs Bane Needs?

There all over TYM. Stop making assumptions that I don't know the character just because my avatar pic is a picture of Shazam. Learn to play with your character instead of asking for buffs when the game hasn't even been out for a month.

The character does need help.
This is not some random Filthy Casual™ not knowing how to deal with shit, Bane DOES need help. Doesn't take 2 brain cells to figure that out.

Then it needs a cancel even more so. If you use charge to get in, you're about to get fucked up by anyone decent.

Charge at full screen is a jump in full combo.

If a Bane is using charge as a way to "get in", he is doing it wrong.

Although if you buffer a dash forward into charge its a lot harder to punish you for it since they won't end up directly above you.

I used to do that until people started realizing how terrible of a move it is and just jumped over it and wrecked my life.

No it doesn't. None of his moves even MB until after it hits.

It has armor on Venom. One hit unless you're level three, which we shouldn't talk about if you're trying to get in.

You can't MB charge until hit, the venom doesn't give him enough armor. Whats more is the armor is irrelevant since they can jump over it ahead of time and get a full combo punish.

Well I'm trying to learn bane myself and I really think/wish he had like a 360/720 like Tager. but I really feel besides the usual grappler weakness the negative effects of venom hurt him greatly.

Charge is stupidly good as a response to some character's wake-up attacks like GL and Raven.

And playing Bane isn't exactly rocket science.

Because you aren't proving a point. no one is saying Bane is fully explored, but it's painfully obvious when a character is lacking.

don't barge into a thread and claim people need to "learn their character" if you aren't going to contribute as to what makes the character not as bad as players here are making out.

i don't feel Bane is a terrible character, but he has undeniable problems.

Charge has armor, but it disappears after the attack lands, so MB B3 chews it up for free. It's the easiest move in the whole game to beat.

Also, the sooner people realize that Bane isn't a grappler, the better.

The problem with Bane is that he completely demolishes the uninitiated. But we're all initiated, aren't we? He seems way better than what he is until you face a fairly confident opponent.

I've spent 99% of my time on this site doing nothing but pumping out comcentrated Bane hype.

... and even I admit he needs a tweak here and there.
