The Game Developers Conference begins today in San Francisco at the Moscone Center (for directions and hours, click here) and runs through the this Friday the 29th. Both Ed Boon and Adam Urbano from NetherRealm Studios will be in attendance this week. There will be more news and features released throughout the week according to producer, Hector Sanchez. As for when and will it be streamed? At this point what we have gathered are a few bits and pieces concerning "WB Games" and "NetherRealm Studios" so we have to assume only the "NetherRealm Studios" segments will deal with Injustice. There are however a few segments that will also be dealing with Mortal Kombat. As mentioned prior by Ed Boon, anyone interested to know how they made Mortal Kombat 2011's story mode and you're attending GDC, you'll want to check out this link.
It should be noted that we haven't seen anything on this schedule dealing with "NetherRealm Studios" and Injustice: Gods Among Us. However, the expo dates for GDC are scheduled for Wednesday through Friday, so perhaps within those three days we'll see some surprises?
Here are the segments from the schedule that we found dealing with either WB Games or NetherRealm Studios.
UPDATE:
Below is the floor plan for GDC with the "WB Games" booth highlighted.
