She's a psychotic sociopath who's only goal in life is just to kill for no reason. Where does she fit on which side (The Regime and The Insurgency)?

Cold doesn't have an emblem so my guess is they're just using a snowflake for him.

They woulda went with his glasses not one that looks just like Killer Frost, she'll make some ice puns and freezie pop some people maybe kill a hero, in all likeleness thats all Captain Cold would have done too not everyone is gonna bring something crazy to the story
