If he wanted to play this game seriously and picked up fucking Kano he would body 80% of this community for free, but you wouldn't put that character on this list. DUDE, GTFO HERE. Dont tell me that ive havent been playing this character in tournament for over a year and dont appreciate him/know what is up with a lot of his MU's. I dont downplay rain cause im one of the few people who has stuck with him through everything to see exactly what he is. So dont give me this shit on Rain is better than he is. NO ONE but like me Reno_Racks, Mr Aquaman, and Mothmonsterman0 have stuck by him as tournament rains.
He's not bad, but he isn't great either. He definitely has 3-7s. UK is just crazy about foxy's rain, but people dont realize that most of the stuff he says is either wrong or already well known.
1-bar Reptile combos can do some decent chunks of damage.

it was really impressive seeing him take out blackula and also doing really well against gross. just imagine how well he would of done if he actually played this game
You aren't throwing shit out against freddy without meter unless you get a spit out. If that hits then you get options, but even then you are still kind of guessing. Freddy doesn't increase damage from JIP's he increases it by burning meter. Freddy has the ability to get 40%+ when he hits just about anything that launches...so idk where you are getting that from. He could also get 20-30% of Unbreakable damage if he hits a raw spike or the glowy dream thingy. (I'm not sure exactly on that one so I widened the range a bit)
He would do what he does in every other game he plays seriously. Consistently make top 8.
Actually he did at EVO. But because of unforeseen circumstances that isnt fair to compare. F0xy says a lot of stuff many Rain players already do. Ive played a Rain main for about a year and have seen him do many things foxy describes. Don't get me wrong, f0xy has good points but he acts like he is god's gift to the community, so people tend to be pushed away by that.

There's a difference. Im blunt sure, but I dont claim to be better than every Baraka, or Rain, or Kano, or KL, or Sonya(Get my drift). I state my opinion and then people can believe what they want. Some might think my Rain strategy stupid, but it works for me so I do it. F0xy's personality does irk me though, you are right about that.
This is an insult to everyone who HAS stuck it out with this character. DO YOU REALLY JUST BELIEVE THAT THIS CHARACTER IS THAT GOOD? All these top players drop him, and pick up better characters for a reason. Am I really that much of a scrub to you people? I just don't know what I'm talking about anymore I guess. I just haven't gotten better or evolved my game at all I'm sure that's what is wrong with my game. It can't be that my character is just not as good as everyone thinks he is in this game. I'll just leave this discussion now I'm clearly not fit to talk about any of it.

It's all about familiarity. Those who haven't dedicated most of the last two years to him see him as more than what he is/has I think.
My fault man I lost my cool for a sec, that post just hit a nerve. That's exactly the point I'm trying to make though. Why is this character viable with so many hard MU's, most of which are against other viable character, when there are others who have half as many?

I personally think kenshi beats smoke cause of armor and not being able to shake TF. But just my opinion.

I think the MU is probably even. Smoke is at hella advantage when Kenshi doesn't have meter, and Kenshi has advantage when he does have meter... but has to use it really wisely since that is pretty much the only time he can trade. Regardless of what numbers Smoke players or Kenshi players come up with, this is not a bad MU.
