The Flash is waaaaay to fast for them to be able to catch him in story mode.

Flawless logic, BUT ...

... the Superman is waaaaay too strong to not kill Harley Quinn by punching her into the orbit, yet the story will have some kind of an "explanation" why ordinary humans will be able to compete with overpowered metahumans.

It seems to me that the Riddler and Penguin have the same details as Raven, so I´m not holding my hopes up for Raven

Well, Raven was only seen in a very small and blurry screenshot. I don't know if there's any real evidence of her being playable, but I am starting to lose hope.

If the Riddler is playable, he should have a confuser-type move that reverses (or randomizes?) your controls like Noob from MK9.

I don't think The Riddler or Penguin look detailed enough to be on the roster.

Plus, eventually the "aaaaaaah another Batman character" crowd starts to have a point despite the fact most people who play this game aren't nerds on the internet and probably can only name a few DC characters that aren't from the Batman canon. I say that even though I'm still waiting for Poison Ivy. I figure the whole "Gotham City Sirens" thing would be on their minds but I've been wrong before... rarely, but it has happened.

I don't see why this is even a discussion, the most pressing issue related to this game is Aquaman gameplay footage.

These are the characters that Ed Boon said won't be playable and only in the story. Characters like Raven and Hawkwoman will almost certainly be playable, though.

UMvC3 has 6 X-men characters with 48 total people. Spider-man, the most popular Marvel property, has 1. So the two most popular Marvel franchises has 7 total people in a 24 char roster for their side, Batman is one from that.

If any of you have been on Ed Boon's twitter trail today you would know that he's been doing a "countdown" in the last hour or so as well as saying eariler that there would be a "new screen shot today" and now he has tweeted an image of Killer Croc! Now, this does not confirm him to be playable as this could be part of the story mode in Injustice. Clearly, in this photo Killer Croc is having his way with The Flash! And look who is watching in the background! Non-other than The Riddler & The Penguin! Are they playable? Only time will tell!! Stay tuned to TYM for all the latest info on Injustice: Gods Among Us!
