In the article at IGN it says:

If you enjoy Mortal Kombat’s traditional “down-forward-punch” style, you can stick with that, but if you prefer Street Fighter’s quarter-circle-oriented inputs, you can switch over to those instead. To my knowledge (and correct me in the comments if I’m wrong), no fighting has ever gone to these lengths to accommodate player preference.

The developers have also added a few other convenient touches like a two-player online practice mode, the ability to tag moves in the menu so they’re permanently displayed on-screen during a fight, and the option to turn off the interactive elements in the game’s environments.

Well, I'm definitely buying the stick version of the game now.

Dude, the inputs on screen sound godlike for training mode so you don't have to keep pausing to look at inputs!!

Only slight and I mean slight disappointment so far is no Mark Hamill as the jokers voice, The other guy is decent but Mark Hamill is just so recognizable from growing up with Batman the Animated series. I'm surprised hes not in this honestly since he did do Arkham asylum and city.

He said Arkham City would his last time doing the role unfortunately, I reckon it's becoming too much of a strain on his voice I've read somewhere as well.

Will there be a armless Green Arrow alt?
I sure hope so :). That would be Arsenal/Speedy/Red Arrow/Roy Harper whatever you want to call him, and the one alt I've been begging for since Green Arrow was confirmed.

In addition to this, over at SRK they mentioned they you'll be able to choose from MK or SF style control schemes? I hadn't heard that before... I assume that's new news?

Regardless, I am EXTREMELY excited for that! Being able to use SF-style motions would be AWESOME, since it feels so natural on a stick. A++++++ to NRS for putting that level of customization in.
