Yeah, as it stands, low rang should be a big tool vs Reptile. That cuts off his mobility a lot. But it's slow, and it's -21 on block. The match would likely actually be even.

I tease. I more or less agree with it. As they say YMMV, which is why I never get too in the tier lists and MU discussions.
For example, I'd call Jade vs Baraka 6-4 his favor. Or less, that decimal thing. It's a slight advantage, but I think he has it here. Playing another Baraka/Jade main frequently, I run this match up as both characters against someone else who knows the match up well. It's not a slaughter but Jade desperately needs meter in this fight. And Baraka can just piss it away if he wants and have a full bar again for a few sparks and charges.
I'd call CSZ even - but I haven't fought enough of them to firmly believe it. And I'd say Reptile and Kenshi have a few more notches in their favor lol. But again, lack of experience on Reptile - especially offline. So I could definitely be wrong there.
I'm curious. How is Kitana 4-6? Jade shuts down her zoning, but she's got a good rush down. It's hard to keep her out. I've always thought it was a fun match, but even or slightly favoring kitty. TELL ME THE SECRET DAMN IT
It's more along the lines of how will Jade take away his dash because if she can't Reppy is going to be all over the map

I think it's a 3-7. Skarlet is in the drivers seat this whole match. Jade can't even reliably start offense because of the threat of the down dagger. Skarlets meter building and pressure really shut Jade down.
Yea his d4 can shut down her pressure game and even with zoning she can't keep him out forever. I agree, this is one match up I could see why there would be a 5.5-4.5 but I prefer the integers
I actually agree with this. I struggled with it being 4-6 or 3-7.

When you played my Jade I told you why it was 6-4 Scorpion. Hellfire sets the pace of the MU. He doesn't have to respect any of her ranged options. Any attempt at using projectiles is punished by hellfire/ teleport on reaction, which also leads to Vortex. That forces jade to play a more footsie oriented style, and all Scorpion has to do is stick to her inside sweep range. She dominates outside of sweep because she has better range.
I respect your opinion, but damage isn't a end-all, be-all in terms of MUs. if it was, you would have to pretty much bump all of Cyrax's MUs up by 1. Noob would also take a hit in terms of MUs because he's had the lowest damage output in the game in open space.
Jade needs to stay mid, and basically use her flash and staff slam. It messes with freddy more than you would think.

That matchup is just a slugfest. I see no reason for Nightwolf to have any significant advantage, nor Jade.
