Apologies if this thread has already been made. If so, could you point me to where it is? I'm just curious as to what you all think.

All the ones I post are just for example and what I'm guessing. They may be wrong, so I'm really open to corrections.

Sektor: Leg Lift, 3 vs 1 and Flame Burner vs Teleport (probably gonna put teleport)
Scorpion: Teleport vs Spear
Kano: B1 vs F1 and 2, 1, 2 vs B1, 1, 2 and Knife vs Upball
Kabal: Gas Blast vs Nomad Dash
CSZ (whoo boy): F1 vs B1 vs B2 and 22 vs 21 vs f221 vs 33 vs 34
Quan Chi: 2, 1, 2 vs F1, 2, 1+2
Freddy: B2 vs B3 and F4, 2, 1 vs F4, 3
Sindel: 44, vs 21

Characters who need some yummy lovin: Sindel (normal), Baraka (normal), Sheeva (normal), Quan Chi (normal)

Gonna have to disagree with Reptile as 1221 as his best string. 321 is da bessssss. 1221 is -10 on block, and can lead to some mediocre damage. 321 is neutral on block, and leads to his highest damage midscreen no meter.

 

[16 Bit]

Kitana's best string is 2,1,2 not f+2,1.

Sub-Zero's best string is not 222... that's only in the corner and it's only an ender there.

Sub-Zero's best string is either 224 or 214.

His best normal is D4 unless you just call that a poke. Then I guess standing 2 would be right.

I feel like each character needs a LOT more entries than just 3 or 4.
For Noob, id nominate 12, 212, f333, b1, b2, d1, d3, and d4 for his normals. His specials? All but Ghostball.

Freddy's best normal is a tie between B2 and B3.His best string is F4,2,1.

Freddy's best string is F4, 3. Kung Lao's is 2, 4, 1+2. Raiden's is B3, 1, 2 even though it's interruptable as hell.

Why 212 over f21?

The only advantage I can think of is that 21(2) can't be ducked so it good to bait out ducks on a crouching opponent expecting 21 cutter. But other than that, f21 is safer and leads to combos.

What am I missing?

Scorpion's best special is spear (only way to start his vortex by linking it from f4 or after b2). Best normal idk probably B2...and best string probably 111.

Sektor's best string is 12B1 and special would either be Flame Burner (good keepaway, safe max range, standing reset) or Teleport Uppercut (fast, launches into combo, EX version is safe).

Skarlet's best normal is F4, best string is F2121+2, and best special is Red Dash.

I think Mils best string is 4,2.She has no really useful strings outside of combo's other than that.

Jax: Tough one for me...I say Dash Punch.
Reptile: Acid Hand. Without it, it's hard to get proper spacing.

Low fireball let's you go under other projectiles allowing you to not be hit and hit the opponent at the same time. It also has great recovery on it. That's why it's the best IMO

Yea 2 1 for sure is hella good, especially since hit confirming it into fan lift or ex fan toss is fairly easy.
