Uh what high lvl scorps have u fought?? Don't always have to go for a 50 50, I could just grab someone, go for a block string, or f4 to leg takedown which is safe.

Leg Takedown is -4 which is not safe. Im not saying Scorpion is worst ever, but he is bad. Viable maybe, but still bad.
-4 is safe. Unsafe is -6 or worse.
So who can punish at -4??? I don't recall ppl having 3 frame moves to punish things like that. Idc what ppl think about him, u have to fight a high lvl scorpion first, if u haven't then how would u know he is bad??
Of course that can happen, but most ppl don't have cage pressure anyways, so I wouldn't worry too much about doing it.
Exactly. Yeah they can't full combo punish it, but every character can poke and get their pressure going because of Scoprion's shitty pokes. His D3 is UNUSEABLE(On hit is -7, so basically you give them another poke) his d1 is not good at all if blocked because it is -13(full combo punishable by some of the cast). After Takedown you pretty much have to poke or be poked, and then you have shit options.

You are forgetting scorps d4 which is neutral, but if you try to jump in after it, it can be cancelled into leg takedown, once that is in their head, u can d4 them a lot to space them and bait jump ins. Also when ppl try to get close, they are at the risk of getting b2'd or f4'd and this makes Scorpion that much scarier.
This post is nice, it is the player who makes what a character is, not a character makes what a player is.
His D4 range is really not that good, you can pretty easily space him out to where it doesnt hit you. Plus his D4 is neutral ON HIT so there is practically not threat from being hit by one because again after that his options suck. Basically you just have to watch for the cancel into takedown. His poking game is probably the worst in the entire game, I am not going to lie. That being said he is very viable as you and Slips have proven, but that is more due to both his and your overall talents as fighting game players.
This thread is who is the worst character, not who is bad. No idea how this is even relevant. Scorpion is bottom 5 possibly bottom 3, but definitely not the worst in the game.

Lol come on man, a great player can't do anything if a char is bad and has no tools, scorpion isn't bad and this has been proven, heck u can check out m scorp vs YTW and Kizzle if u need some evidence, twitch.tv/epicgp. Also, his d4 range isn't bad at all, better than most d4s in this game besides chars like mil and sub.
