Custom sticks are allowed as long as no turbo functions or some sort of macro buttons are used. I use a custom stick with a ps360. And hit boxes are not banned.

eklectic is a really good sektor, can't say for sure if best one ( I haven't played Ikizzle offline yet) but Eklectic and Ikizzle are top 2 without a doubt
