Why the fuck is this show becoming a soap opera. I was falling asleep mid episode on the new one and all last season was horrendous. Where are the fucking zombies at?????

If all you wanna see is zombies and gore, then go watch some stupid mindless zombie movie. The show isn't about the zombies, far from it as the matter of fact.

Last 3 episodes have been epic. Supposedly the last 3 were being directed by Glen Mazzara, sooo now we know who should be in charge of things.

This! The second episode back from the break was the most intense yet imo. Then to contrast it with the drama of the most recent one, genius.

Shane, Andrea, and Daryl are the strongest of the group. These three are probably going to be sticking around for a LONG time. The family needs to be killed off or something. They are just sabotaging Rick and becoming pitiful at this point.

The guy who plays Rick is British, so I find it impressive that he can do a decent southern accent.

As someone who was born and raised in Georgia, Andrew Lincoln's (Rick) accent is pretty damn good. However Jon Bernthal's (Shane) is 100% spot on. The way he enunciates words and the overall attitude he has completely fooled me. I honestly thought he was from the south. It wasn't until recently that I looked him up on IMDB and saw that he was born in DC.

I agree. Shane makes the hard choices and I find myself thinking I would do the same if I was in that situation.

I like Rick, he's merely like Superman, holds back but stronger then the rest easily if he really wanted....he's just trying his best to be the good guy but you can see he's taking that "fuck everyone, I'm going to protect my family and myself at any cost" mentality..

Shane is a dick, he may be strong himself but needs to seriously be a team player...he's way too self absorbed and concerned with himself. Eventually if he keeps this way, it's going to get him killed sooner or later...

Andrea is just dumb at times seriously, and I don't agree with her views half the time. Why is she ripping Rick's wife for thinking positive? Does she not know that she WAS one of the most negative before Rick talked to her? Abortion much? I think some fans forget that.

I like Daryle a lot, he's different from everyone else and a badass in his own right, a loner kind of and just does his own thing but ultimately a good guy. Way different from his brother, I think that whole Sofia thing is still eating him though. But hey, I give him props for busting his ass looking for her harder then anyone else.

Nope...i like him, he's an asshole and the most complex character in the cast but he's not a true leader. Yeah he makes hard choices but let's be honest would you want a guy like that leading you? A guy who, if he finds a good reason to leave you for dead, won't hesitate twice to leave you. Or Rick, who'll make the hard choices but in the best interest of the group.

Let's say you have the option to choose your president right now, would you choose a man who killed hundreds of his own people to get where he is or a man who killed hundreds of intruders to get where he is? That about sums both characters for ya

I'd rather have Rick then Shane any day, Rick proved in the last show WHY...he could have easily left Shane there to die but did he? Nope. Shane on the other hand left Otis, while he used the "it saved Carl" card again and again, it's still an excuse. There's always a better way. It's like Superman vs. Batman or Punisher, both may be for the greater good but will often implement their methods differently...

The most recent episode SUCKED. And this is coming from such a big fan of the series since the beginning. They need to stop milking the same situations over and over, get off the farm and get on with the show already. Also kill off Rick's family, please...

The execution thing was pretty lame. Carl is just becoming such a nuisance, even more than Andrea. The only thing that episode was good for was possibly leading up to them leaving the farm, or at least getting rid of that guy. I always found Dale kind of annoying, so that is a plus I guess.

I tweeted you REO that don't expect this season to be great, at all. The budget was cut in half, many core people left and on top of that they took 30% tax credit.

I'm pretty sure it's this little thing known as a "plot device". Us not knowing is by design.

This is a big reveal. Everyone is a carrier. Hence the name "walking dead". Tonight was a phenomenal episode. I thought they would save Michonne for episode one of season three, but I'm very glad to be wrong.
