I don't suppose anyone randomly has a 360 to PS3 converter do they? I don't know if those even exist...

Ugh I am so fucking confused... Why the hell would the standard controller that comes with the PS3 NOT be allowed? I don't use a stick, hit box, nor a ps2 pad...I use the controller that comes with the Ps3...the same controller like everyone at Devestation had.....

Damn...and I just booked my flight and everything....ugh. So, what do I need to get...a ps2 controller?

I hatelove this game
Ps3 controllers will cause for instant DQ at Final Round. It must be a wired controller with no wireless capabilities. I was personally affected by this at EVO and I will kick your ass if you use a ps3 pad.

Only ps2 pads or sticks. Get a converter to ps3 off of etokki and read up...this isn't new information. It's been around for a while.

What about Matcatz wireless brawl pad, as it operates differently then the PS3 controller, and doesn't actaully sync to the system, it is totally independent of it once you unplug the USB wireless connection thingy.

Side note, this is why I have no idea why PS3 is the standard system for MK. at least with Xbox you can by wired controllers made by the company that makes the system.

Side,Side note. I bought the wired PDP afterGlow controller for PS3 to see if it was anygood, as it's one of the only wired PS3 controllers out there, It sucks ass, stay away from it.

Having to buy a converter and an old controller is just dumb.

I will have a etokki for u to use

Buy a ps2 wired off amazon 13.00$

You need to know this is a standard at EVO events and u are DQ'ed at EVO if u use one at the event

Wireless controllers cause massive issues at large tourneys
Do you think I could borrow the etokki as well? Or if anyone else has one, I will need to borrow one. I have a ps2 wired dual shock though, I could even bring an extra.

Also, for the casuals and shit, it's going to be on the PS3 too right?

And I agree, 360 should be the standard. I don't even think there's PS3 adapters/converters so you can use a 360 controller. 360 analog > ps2 d-pad.

Yea man I don't mind people using my etokki but absolutely no one touches my ps2 controller

Ps2 wired can be found at amazon.com

This has been posted on my WEBSITE for months. Anyways the wireless controllers always cause problems during tournaments. Just last night at battle and brew tournament that had only 20 people we had 2 times someone forgot to desync their pads! I'm not going to deal with that on a larger scale. If you play in tournaments this is the standard now to avoid possible matches being paused during someone else match. Desyncing tables/stations do not work and are not worth the time because people will still forget. We are eliminating that option at FRXV.
