Booked my flight from Houston tx for only 137 bucks round trip. It's currently on special at continental airlines and southwest airlines for 140 roundtrip.
Idk if other states and cities have this deal going on but it's suppose to last till the 7th. So check it out. It definitely made my decision final.

As for the mk pools an finals being on Sunday I'm glad it is. Because i only have to worry about being there for that day and not have to take off work for other days. I'll be getting there Saturday afternoon. Can I get my badge Sunday morning or before that? I don't want to run into problems since I can't be there Friday or Saturday morning to get it. I only plan on competing in mk which is Sunday.
Let me know. Because there are some more Houston players planning to make this trip and are too not gonna be there all 3 days due to work.

There are more rooms available at the event hotel at the FINAL ROUND XV Group rate of $93 per night even though we have sold out of the original amount of rooms nights available for our group. With FINALROUNDBATS season #2 completed we would like to congrat the winners of season#2 in the following games:

FRbats season #2 CHAMPION of Tekken6 is "AO" as he is the #1 ranked TTT2 player and T6 player in Japan!
FRbats season #2 CHAMPION of UMVC3 is "Ageo Joe" (aka Kusoru) as he is one of the Best Marvel players in the japanese umvc3 community and he is looking to show his skills at FRXV!
FRbats season #2 CHAMPION of SSFIV AE v.2012 is "Abelity" with his Abel is coming to scoop the competition at FRXV! Don't sleep on him or you will get SCOOPED!

Also "Frieda" is coming to FRXV to represent in his favorite game UMvC3. He is one of the best Marvel players in the japanese UMvC3 community and he is also coming to show his talents at FRXV.

Last year 1 man named Tokido came to FRXIV and took top 2 through top 8 in almost every game he entered. With a 1 man invasion japan did very well last year at FRXIV, but now there is a team coming! There's more news coming soon on more international guest attending FRXV in the up coming days so get hype because this years event will truly be worthy of being the 15th Anniversary of FINAL ROUND!

remember that MK9 IS STARTING AT 10AM ON SUNDAY! There will be a dedicated stream to MK9 so you can watch it from start to finish with no interruptions from other games! Hey PIG could you please post the stream address in here so people will know what to look for during FRXV. We were going to start streaming at 3pm on funkyp stream but since pig and his friends are going to stream the entire MK9 tournamnet they can start on time at 10am sharp! He will try to get as many high profile matches on the stream as possible, but he can't delay the tournament to show EVERY MATCH! He would be trying to run an 80-128 man tournament on 1 tv if he would show every match and that just wouldn't be fun for anyone attending FRXV.
