If what they mentioned is a clue to what we should come to expect, I'm not gonna get my hopes up. lol

More hit advantage on b2? I don't get it. No one uses b2 and it's not because of its hit advantage.

Maybe the additional changes they didn't mention are more favorable.
Yeah, the b2 change was an odd choice, for sure.

Stephanie said that there are few more frame data or damage changes for her.
Hopefully the frame data adjustments remove some of the gaps and opens up better combo routes.

To Hell with 44 changes. They need to adjust 212. A 13f high starter that is -11 on block? Maaaaan. lol

I hope so, because the changes I quoted on the b2 and 44 are useless. B2 is still too reactable and too negative on block, you have to make it either less reactable but still unsafe or the opposite because B2 is currently a death wish. I guess we'll have to wait for the patch to drop to know if they know how to patch their game.

It also has a garbage Krushing Blow. Her b2 normally does 7%. If memory serves, her b2 KB does a disgusting 16%. Yes, it doubles the damage, but I can get almost the same with one d2!

It's a 22f, -17 on block move that leads to nothing on hit and gets your cheeks clapped on block.

I really don't understand their focus on it. The changes would have to be significant to make it suddenly viable.

They can't do anything during 44. It's a special high that can't be Flawless Blocked or interrupted with a Fatal Blow. Unless something has changed, @Eddy Wang made a thread with a video explaining how her 44 works.

They buffed it last patch to 7% to 9% and the KB is 18%. But 2 extra damage on it is not worth the 30+% you are almost guaranteed to take because the opponent will expect anyways the second b2. It is a very high risk/low reward KB
 
If I heard correctly they also mentioned changes to B12 frame data at the end, but didn't elaborate.

Huh? You could low profile the first hit and land a d2 KB.

44 didn't really need any changes. You could just do d3 into a 44 jail that will make it act like a mid.
 
I'll wait for the complete notes, but so far it doesn't seem like i'll be returning to this game. It's like they know something about skarlet that everyone else that mains her doesn't...2/3 useless and out of touch buffs so far.

I use b2 a lot so this will help me a tiny bit. It really needs to be safe especially when fucks like erron can spam they shit out for free. I generally only use 44 if I have conditioned them to be blocking. I hope they adjust some of her attack regions. Tried of missing people with shit.

We'll see where it leads, the b2 buff alone isn't a big deal, in fact all her mentioned buffs alone are not, but of you start to look at the package is getting good and for the looks there is more.

I made a wishliat for Skarlet buffs and from that list 2 are already confirmed which makes me very happy, lets see if she got more stuff first.

44 will give better pressure in neutral, b2 is a hard knd now, so more time to setup blood ball, escape and much more

Tp means we will no longer get hit on vanishing frames as requested, and sped by 4 frame is the treshold, in my wishlist it was 5max and 3min, nrs put it at middle
B12 being faster is a way of a bigger deal, it has a kb attached to it, even if they make 15f startup means we get to use the kb a lot more with lots pratical uses.

So its getting good, the rest will see what else she got to complement

Skarlet - Whip Snap (Towards + Back Punch) now has 4 less recovery frames
Skarlet - Quick Transfusion (Towards + Back Punch, Front Punch) now has 24 startup frames (down from 25)
Skarlet - Scythe Slam (Away + Back Punch) now has 5 less recovery frames and 10 more frames of hit advantage
Skarlet - Crack The Whip (Front Kick) now has 19 startup frames (down from 21)
Skarlet - Koagulation (Back Kick, Back Kick) now hits mid
Skarlet - Blood Spatter now has 2 less startup frames, 3 less recovery frames on hit, 2 more recovery frames on miss or block, and 10 more frames of hit advantage
Skarlet - Blood Spatter now breaks armor and has 10 less recovery frames when armor is broken
