what's the point of making a tier list based on tournament results? It's like a big f*ck to player skill.

The whole point is to identify how good a character is, despite tournament results. I mean come on, cetrion was nerfed and now she is super top tier just because dragon (extraordinary player who played her since day one) just because he made it to finals in 2 majors...
