From the look of this screenshot, it seems like his reveal would be in a short cinematic similar to Kitana's. Perhaps it will also include the other dlc characters in the pack. My body is ready.

July 18th is one month from when Shang Tsung was released and if they do release one character per month then the next will be available the third week of July which is between the 15th and 19th.

As for the trailer, remember when everyone thought the DLC would be announced at Combo Breaker and it wasn't, same thing here. The announcement was the following week which for the Nightwolf trailer and CEO would be this coming week.

It's obvious at this point. Boon teases a character with a vague statement to make fans believe a trailer is coming at a tournament in order to increase the tournament's viewcounts.

 

Tylerlansdown actually traveled to CEO himself. I thought there was a good chance the trailer would drop there. I mean, how often do they go to tournaments that aren't Combo Breaker or EVO?

Yea I'm gonna agree with this. If they were smart they would drop a reveal randomly at a tournament to keep people guessing. My guess is if that does happen, it will be EVO.

 

I was there and was sad and disappointed with no trailer. I even brought my Nightwolf buddy charm to increase the power of the trailer but no avail
