Comparison of BnBs:

TKS, jk, tele, dash, 22, TKP
33%

TKS, jk, tele, dash, f4, throw
36% (24 + 12)

Just a heads up :p
Perhaps in certain cases like this, resetting with f4 then throwing does... more damage?

yea it does more. But like you said its important to guage your situation. Sometimes id rather not set up the reset

Metzos

You will BOW to me!
Sometimes itll shoot out the wrong way I think if its timed incorrectly. I will rarely wake up tkp/tks if I suspect my opponent will try n crossup.. But ive seen u online once a long while ago skkra, lets play a few sets today if u can find me. I should be in 'thewharf' if its up. Also, zaf and metz, can you guys possibly make it to EVO?

I dont know m8 the cost is big. Plus i have the EU tourney in France in February so more expenses there. I really dont know.

Notes ive gathered from MTLzaf's Ermac play:

-at a careful distance, iaAB when close to the opponent, then TKP on landing.

-U4, f4, and f4b2 on jip sometimes. Mostly just blockstrings and throws.

-d4 for 1st hit/spacing in match beginning, followed by TKP or fireballs.

-Important mental note: sometimes not moving backwards = control of match.

-After a safe string, dash back, TKP.

-if the opponenta in the corner, pressure with TKP, fireballs, and purposely hesitating.

-Sometimes, after a teleport hits, immediately f2 to space, then TKP, iaAB, or dash back.

After a normal teleport hits, you get a free JIP. I usually go that route since it gives you pressure and meter building.

Thats what i do as well, and zaf is well aware of this also (Key word: Sometimes). But i value mixups :p
Ending Noobs blocked moves with Shadow or Slide leaves me at frame disadvantage, and i still do it for mind games.

idk how good it is or if useful, but in the corner you can jail your opponent with b34 b34 teleport into bnb. It is punishable through.

Im well aware of free jip after teleport hits however I do shit differently. I use f2 a lot and this is guarenteed right after a teleport hits where as after a jip I can be knocked out of it.

After a close range iafb I just watch what my opponent does whether I hit them or not , stagger or blocked. Usually its not block lol

Its been a bit since ive played, but i havent seen this mentioned, does anyone else just charge a b4 or grab after a grounded teleport? A little gimmicky, but its hella rewarding on hit, or if they catch on you can release it early into combo or start mixing in f4.

Keep in mind, i posted those notes on zaf primarily for this:

His techniques ive listed were consistant in their usage.
Being honest, i should thank you, zaf.
Ive tried incorporating your unique tactics in my matches, and have literally stumped Johnny Cage mains who are scared to proceed.
Im not sure if its the frequent iaAB that i do or what, but they are overly cautious.

Also, tho theres no good reason to block high against Ermac, youd all be surprised by how often you can connect a random f4.

There are many(no pun here) reasons to block low against Ermac, it helps avoid sweep, F4, 31, and F114. The only reason to not block low against Ermac is in fear of throws, which a lot of people don't seem to fear.

Did i seriously say that?

*looks back at quote*
WOW LMFAO. NO no no, what i meant was, there no reason to block HIGH.

No kami. After you land a tele into stagger just f2 then instead of jumping over.

Well, i actually did some testing, and adding 33 to 21 teleslam jk teleport 33 Telepush Does 38%, 1 % more than finishing with 22 tele push. But does it. :/
Any extra damage with that little effort should always be worth it. Thanks for testing it out!
