When I've looked into weight loss stuff and lot of people talk about how you have to completely change your diet and introduce 20-30 minute intermediate workout sessions, and things like that.See and I would've guessed Keto along with the exercise.
Honestly, you don’t always need to go full keto for everyone. Just maximize protein and fat, cut down on carbs and sugar. That’s what I did, I was never really overweight though, but it still did help with general fat loss and toning up, but I train more for endurance over strength so I’m never gonna be huge anyways, work out like 5 times a week if you can make yourself do it.When I've looked into weight loss stuff and lot of people talk about how you have to completely change your diet and introduce 20-30 minute intermediate workout sessions, and things like that.
So considering @16 Bit's great progress/transformation, I'm really interested in hearing more about My Fitness Pal and the walking thing. I mean 10k-15k steps a day is a lot, but it sounds better to me than doing a 25 minute workout with intermediate-advanced exercises.
EDIT: That's not to mention cardio exercises and all the other things I've heard you "have to do" to lose weight.
What is the point of saying anything? Is there a script we are supposed to adhere to here? I was simply stating my observations - his mannerisms seem totally different to how they used to be.What on earth is the point of saying something like that? There’s nothing to understand, people can be however they want to be.
he needs to get his hair looked at. He's way to old to be dying it pink and proxisding it.. he is looking like late 90s elton john. I mean it looks like a wig.i was gonna say he looks more like Andy Warhol >.>
That's the way to do it. MFP works great, I used it all the time when I did bodybuilding, a bit hard to do when doing CrossFit 'cause the combination of weights and cardio will make you hungrier than a bear and you need the energy. I see so many people working too hard and then getting sick during training or having trouble sleeping or retaining fat because they're not eating enough. Carbs go a long way after a good workout. Honestly, walking and hiking are better than any workout program you could do.I use My Fitness Pal and follow it hardcore. I NEVER go over my calories goal and try my best to never go over the other goals. Then I walk 10k steps a day, minimum. Sometimes 12-15 if I have time. The main thing is my motivation is super high, so I do not stray. No cheat days, no excuses, it's my lifestyle now.

Watch your calorie intake, eat healthier and go to the gym. Cut out processed foods, sodas, sugar as much as possible. Diets do not work by themselves. You must exercise in some form. You, sir, are motivation!
What do you do to change your eating habits? Diet supplements? Im trying everything I can to lose my belly lol
Making fitness your lifestyle is correct. If you haven't already, start incorporating weights/resistance training into your regimen. You will start to feel a million times better.I use My Fitness Pal and follow it hardcore. I NEVER go over my calories goal and try my best to never go over the other goals. he is making fun and fooling around .... isn't he married with a woman ? someone told this some time ago ....Weight loss is great but its like with losing weight he also changed his sexual orientation lol No one wants to say it so I will , he looks and acts like gay person now . Maybe he was hanging out too much with sonic fox LOL
Now I have nothing against gay ppl ( actually I have friend who is gay) and I wasnt trying to be disrespectful , just my honest thoughts and observations
Yes, clearly you are not trying to be disrespectful. Grown adults with no tact. Either you're trying to be funny or you're clueless and neither one is particularly flattering.Weight loss is great but its like with losing weight he also changed his sexual orientation lol No one wants to say it so I will , he looks and acts like gay person now . Exactly. 500 calories in deficit are enough for most people to lose at least 1 pound a week in a healthy way. And the real problem is with the fitness industry they keep throwing these 'get fit in 30 days' or 'get abs in 3 weeks' programs and it's a bunch of crap that people who don't know better will believe. Like you said, eating right is important and some people try to kick too many habits at once. Sometimes it's better to start with food and then gradually do some training.Smart post.
A lot of people cut big chunk of the daily nutrition just to lower calories without even knowing the importance of the daily calorie intake.
I usually bulk and cut down
When bulking I can do 3,500 calories a day dividing them into
50% carbs “complex carbs”
30% protein
20% good fats
I can gain about a pound a week and the most I’ve gained in a bulk season have been 50 pounds
When cutting down I cut only 500 calories but I divide them differently
50% protein
30% carbs
20% fats
And I can lose one pound a week when I stop losing with those calories then I have to cut the macros until I get to 2,000 calories a day
It is a lot behind dieting and exercising, rest train and eat but the most important is resting and eating right. Definitely a life style
Right that all business, of course your body would react but sometimes you can get sick from a big deficit in your calories plus training. You just have to really know what you’re doing in order to stay healthy while putting the body to extreme shit haaExactly. 500 calories in deficit are enough for most people to lose at least 1 pound a week in a healthy way. Yep for sure, I know several people who wanted get in shape but go way to crazy at first, then get sick, then they just get discouraged and give upsometimes you can get sick from a big deficit in your calories plus training
