Dude-bro... I literally pre-ordered for the guy!... Even after feeling thoroughly screwed by NRS regarding the 'no load-outs for player-2' in Injustice 2... A shamefur dispray of weak will desu, I know v_v
(NB: I was there back before MK9's launch, when Kahn was featured one of the characters being showcased month by month, leading up to the game's release... Only to have the associated website unceremoniously shut a few weeks prior to game launch, and Kahn never making the [official] roster...! )

I mean, I've never thought of Kahn needing "skins" -- Shao Kahn is Shao Kahn, and his image is ensconced in the pantheon of infamous fighting game boss characters. They can given him skins for all I care, but I just want his 'klassic' garb to be present, and "gear" to harken back to his earlier iterations (a cape, for example).

Unlike many of the MK cast, Kahn hasn't changed much over the years, 'cause... well, he doesn't need to!

Good news, i never like the roster idea that which includes Kung Jin, Fujin, Kung Lao at the same game. Also i don't want to see all the newcomers of MKX has returned. Kotal Kahn, Erron Black and only the fate of D'vorah i wish to see in MK11. That fake roster always looks like MK9+MKX plus Fujin and the newcomers of the game. That is absurd.

While lack of ambiguity is arguable here, I can agree that interpreting it otherwise would be us really reaching.

He, however, was very clear and straightforward when he said, for example, that "MKX PC port will be awesome". Turned out he was (predictably) just paying lip service there. Which is the most I expect from company representatives anyway.

That was kinda my point. In Boon's position he kinda has to say what people expect him to say, so I treat any of such statements as "obligatory interaction with media": mostly meaningless noise with a brand (that is currently needed to be promoted) stamped on it.

This is literally promotion 101: make noise.
I would even argue that most of things he does are not doing particularly much since they are mostly heard by those who already parted with their money pre-ordering the game.

Kotal Kahn < Shao Kahn < Onaga < Shinnok this is how tier list of kahns or conquerors should be like i guess. i love Kotal Kahn's personality and Shao Kahn's badassery. I have not much interest for monster type of villains like Onaga, Blaze or Corrupted Shinnok. But it doesn't matter because;

Cassie Cage > Corrupted Shinnok and rest of all, she has the green family power and that means she can beat the shit out of all villains.

He could've just not replied. This could mean the roster is one character off, or 90% off. But it certainly doesn't confirm it's 100% accurate. But also Boon's tweet after the real roster is revealed could be: "Turns out that person guessed right the whole roster. He should play the lottery ".
