Theres the main story, side stories for every character, and libra of souls which is an rpg style story with a custom character
Dragon is pretty good at homing in in strong characters, but he's also just pretty damn good. Earned my respect, and he won't stop stacking bodies if he keeps playing.
They're mostly retired ones that are coming back. Most of them played SCV for like a few months before they dropped it. The only vets there that were active for more than a few months were omegaxcn and Hates.
