No, it means the reduction of the time of it being active. It will last for only 3 secs from 5 secs. That's a nerf.

Actually in the chat they were saying "you broke him" lol. I'm probably one of the many who wanted to play Swamp Thing but didn't find him viable. Assuming his buffs function the way I want them to, I'm DEFINITELY playing some Swampy. His trait will actually function like do many others do now - it's my turn, you better hold this.

All I remember them saying is the movement and they said she’d still have top 5 walkspeed. It helped her walk down zoners and the best zoner just got his nutsack kicked in and CW vs Fate was already 5-5 or slightly in her favor. Who it does literally nothing to her. Deadshot got bodied, Batman and Red Hood were tamed a bit. CW and Supergirl just skated by though.

It’s too early to tell and I usually get irritated by predictions like this but imo our new top 5 is
1. Supergirl
2. Catwoman
3. Black Adam
4. Doctor Fate
5. Darkseid or Arrow

Nah, it freezes just fine. It freezes the moment Cold's opponent touches it. This was the best weapon against the rushdown chars, like this kitty, and was meant to give some time for the charge of his gun. Now NRS made it more challenging.

@Tanno I'm so sorry for the real world mixups lol. I see now puddle lasts for less time. The chip damage bubble is mentioned as lasting one second less. Not sure if the MB bubble that also freezes if the opponent remains in it will be affected.

I'm a Cold main, so I know what it is. The Ice Puddle they're referring is the Ice Trap (DB3).

It's OK. lol. The bubble they mean, I think, it's the Ice Orb (DF3), which is quite an useless power.

A lot of the swaggy stuff start came from MB Ice Orb during a trait freeze may have to be reworked if the timing is completely different now.

Actually yeah, Red Hood is more than likely still better than Arrow and Darkseid. Batman too, he’s still easily in the top ten

He won't mop Cheetah or Robin. Flash, Canary, Catwoman, and Scarecrow for sure will still be hard. I would have liked to have seen a MB icicle buff to balance him against zoners but instead the majority of his matchups look exactly the same.
