I know this won't be a popular opinion, but all these people bitching about MK characters in Injustice reminds me about how much I bitched about horror movie characters in MKX. So I just can't feel sorry for you. I still love and play I2, but I'm just much more invested in MK universe, so this just isn't a bad thing to me. I'm happy for Raiden. Come at me.

At least MK characters come from another fighting game, and not horror movies.

I like Raiden's look, the detail in his face is clearly better than MK X and he looks older, wiser honestly. That eye mask is no doubt that heroic/Injustice look, but I'm sure they'll have tons of gear loadouts for him...I'm not worried. Hellboy though that's interesting, and Black Manta I couldn't give a rats ass about. I find it funny how some people are crying over Raiden and Hellboy but are ok with BM? Such a dull character, so many other cooler DC characters in DC lore. All I'm saying.

I get it we all have preferences but I hate those folks with preconceived notions that "I'm getting your ultimate pack, give me my favorite character privilege" That annoys the hell out of me, it's like it's THEIR game at the end of the day lol don't like it? Too bad, don't buy or play the damn game then. These people forget that if not for NRS they'd have no DC fighting game, period. Instead of people being grateful for that, they act like spoiled, entitled brats instead. SMH. I say this as both an MK and DC fan. I already feel bad for NRS with FP3, going to be another shitstorm of whining if certain characters don't show up.

What you get in INJ2? Sub Zero and Raiden. I hope it will be a third non-DC char in FP3 to make it truly even.

This is not a disservice at all, guest characters are good for money, and if WB wants to use them, as it has been proven over and over again, it's not gonna change, and there are people who do like Raiden in IJ2. Every guest character that they've ever used does make sense: The horror characters in MK9 and MKX for the gore and violence of MK, the MK characters for their iconic status, and now Hellboy for being a comic-book character himself in a comic-book superhero game.

But yeah, it's pretty much obvious at this point that he will be in.

Now that you mention it, after "Azrael" turned up to be Hellboy, I could totally see the "trench coat" guy being Johnny as that shape could be his MKX outfit or similar to it. I was hoping for him to be in the game rather than Raiden, but as I don't care too much about most of DC I could see him AND Raiden in the game. He was second in the poll after all behind only Sub-Zero.
