Pterodactyl
Plus on block.
The only Capo I'd be hype for is Tiger because I love his design.
Then again, as someone with an Afro, I'm a little biased.

I used to main him back in the first Tekken era. I would love to play again any capoeira fighter, if chance presents. I heard a lot about their replacements, but I don't know the roster yet. So far, I know that Jin, Kuma (In Japanese means Bear), Panda, Heihachi, Akuma, Josie will be in. I don't know the rest. :/
You should sit down for this information...
It was revealed that Josie, the new character, is a replacement for Bruce Irving and shares a remixed version of his move set with her own flavor as well.
There is also Lucky Chloe, one of the other new characters, who has a familiarly dance and spinning based move set to the capos, who many assume is to be their pseudo-replacement if they are indeed left out of this game.
Eddy Gordo was introduced in Tekken 3, and had a palette swap named Tiger Jackson, who had an Afro and disco clothes.
Nah. Never just accept or get used to shit. Consumerism 101.At this point my wallet anus has taken so much from the VGC that it doesn't care anymore at some point you have to accept that it's the norm now
As long as the characters are just timed - it could be 2 months idc - I'd be ok with it. I'd still dislike it but I'd be ok. That and training mode access.I dont really care about the other stuff but Eliza is timed. I think it said that there was 2 other characters on the season pass though.
Uhhhh eddy wasn't in tekken 2I remember Eddy Gordo having an Afro back in Tekken 2. I heard that Josie will replace the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu fighters.
I was a kid, so I don't remember which game he was in.Uhhhh eddy wasn't in tekken 2
That sucks. I just hope we can at least practice against new dlc characters. I think KI is the only game that's done that so far.@buyacushun I was wrong, Eliza is going to be paid DLC if you do not pre-order.
From Harada:
"In the past, we had to stop all updates and support within 2months after launch(Because no development Budget).
With Season Pass, we can guarantee one year of Additional Development Cost and development Team (Retention of development team structure) from our Company/Publisher.
Also, we do not sell classic Tekken characters, Paid DLC will be special content. With this system, we can do free updates and support for a long time.
This is what I've been saying in an interview article (I have talked about it in several interviews before, so please read it)."

How long is she going to be a time DLC thoughThat sucks. I just hope we can at least practice against new dlc characters. I think KI is the only game that's done that so far.
And I'm cool if the timed old dlc characters. There's more than one way to do DLC.
Who is she fighting against in that video? Looks like Jin or Kazuya? But also Dragunov? Regardless it's a godlike costume whoever it isFucking maaaaaain
It's Claudio, who is also a new char to tekken 7.Who is she fighting against in that video? Looks like Jin or Kazuya? But also Dragunov? Regardless it's a godlike costume whoever it is
Preach.I will gladly pay a combined amount of 130 € or however much it is going to cost to get T7 and any and all DLC. My in-game clock in TTT2 froze to 999 hours and 99 minutes somewhere around 2014. The entertainment value you get out of this game if you are willing to put in the effort and not just quit when it gets hard is well worth it and beyond the time and money spent.
Everyone always complains about the learning curve of Tekken but is it really that different learning an entirely new NRS game every 2 years then having to adjust multiple times during all the nerfing, buffing and general patching? A new Tekken comes out, it's finished. That's what you have for the next 5 years. Sure, its not new and exciting, you weren't coaxed and mislead by marketing tricks to carry on with a game long after you realized it was yet another casual piece of trash. Fun? Sure, but expendable trash that was not made to last nonetheless.
Instead of all that you get a game that is as mechanically solid, balanced and glitch free as it gets and from a business stand-point that is extremely rare these days. Corporations make more money by selling inferior shit that is not made to last, just good enough for you to buy the same product again but not good enough to not have any complaints.
In my core, in my gut, in my heart of hearts and in my fkn soul I fkn know that Injustice 2 will be trash. There will be overpowered DLC that get nerfed from top tier to the gutter once they've been cashed out on, there will be mix-ups and vortexes out the ass. There will be no neutral game or defensive options to rival the offence. There will be a handful of characters Sonic Fox abuses to win all tournaments, they also get nerfed, Sonic Fox still wins. There will be Ismails and Glortors complaining about their mains till kingdom come and the patches stop. There will be creepy neckbeard waifu enthusiasts abusing their position and making sure their waifu is top tier at the cost of balance. There will be some godlike online players saying "nah brah you just gotta level up bruh and fuzzy that 13fr overhead and 12fr low but make sure to not hold block and neutral duck before the overhead so you can also duck that 11fr command grab". There might even be S+++ tier unblockable dumpsters that you can meter burn for full combos, who knows .
OK OK, maybe I went a bit too hard in the paint there and got a bit carried away and I apologize, but what I also know, in my bones, in my ass and in my dick is that there will be a Tekken game worth the wait. No matter how much money we have to throw at it, it will be worth all of it and then some.
I already have a hard time dealing with him in FS, I really dont wanna fight him in Tekken. If he was put in, I can easily see him being top tier. Can't wait to see what they did to Kuni, and maybe one day Harada will add Akira in Tekken as guest.
Yeah Akira's design tends to do that, he is top tier in VF, top tier in DOA too.I already have a hard time dealing with him in FS, I really dont wanna fight him in Tekken. If he was put in, I can easily see him being top tier.
42nd? I can't play on stick
Man, I cannot wait for this game! I know SF5 is first so I'll get it to hold me off, But Tekken fundamentally represents everything that A fighting game should consist of [IMO]. Also, like SF5... the Online will work. No getting punished for attempting to punish something correctly according to what you see on your screen. No fucking 10+ frames of input lag destroying every single defensive option that a fighting game has to offer.
All I need now is any Chang, preferably with Mad Axes [even though the oki won't be as strong as in previous games due to no more refloats] Wind rolls & ISW's <3
