Its not that I think cage needs any support, but as far as I remember the game will get further patches.

But in mkx life we have all seen the correlation between top 8 placing in tournaments with top 10 characters in the game.

In my opinion if your going to a tournament and don't give yourself as much advantage as possible then your not really that serious about winning.

Set a reversal to this - OS gone.
OS if I remember correctly is 100%. Unless I'm wrong?
It's more like a tech - not an OS. It could technically work like one.

I really want to continue maining a-list but he is not the character i like anymore... I liked a-list because he was annoying af gameplaywise, now he isnt as much annoying as i like :/

Ok a lot of crying in this thread. He needed needed and nrs agreed. His jailing pressure was just too much. 11 frame mid that could not be whiff punished and led to ~15% chip, mix ups and meter build. I think some of u got spoiled by that. Pre patch he had the best footsies in the game and zero risk.

I still play Cage, he isn't really good anymore, but he still rewards players with a good neutral. You have too think a lot more and keep offense going, due to the lack of his defensive options.

I think they over nerfed him. Im fine with A list not jailing, same with SD, but they left him with no defensive options. Cage doesn't have a 6f poke, or an armored mid. They could've at least done what they did to mileena/goro/takeda and made nutpunch cost 2 bars to launch. Stunt double got hurt bad now that you cannot combo off of shadowkick mimics in the corner, made the 113 mixup nearly useless in that variation. While I remain to play A-list, he is just now a bait and punish character, requiring smart play against some of the new braindead top characters.

I still play A-list, took some getting used to but I feel like its still the best variation of the 3. I have been playing alot of tempest and gm on the side tho. Johnny in general feels very clunky now, but still my main till I2 drops

A lot of players definitely get spoiled by their busted characters.

D'vorah players still complain about puddle nerfs. She literally got guaranteed oki off of it. She never had to scout a wake up, or a specific delay timing. That's some mindless shit that shouldn't be in the game.

I was spoiled by Alien's range but I recognize that and am trying to adapt.

Basically this, yall pretending like Johnny isnt +7 or higher on his cancels. I'll be the first to say that the stamina nerf is a reason I feel hes clunky, but you also have strings (b3b, 114, 121 and f34) that push you back into a safe footsie range.

SD Cage has a mid armor WU option.
