guile's gameplan works but he's not rewarded well enough to keep up with upper tiers and the offensive based nature of the game in general. for example a single mistake like the opponent getting a lucky 1/5 jump or fullscreen advancing move/ divekick puts him in vs the no mistakes i can make to keep you out with my stubs and bewms.
he needs respected defense (invincible meterless flash kick and give the aa version damage equal to grounded flash kick) and while his vtrigger is great, the specific "flash" boom that comes with it should grant me a followup combo like any other boom. then i would adjust frame data on some normals.
Urien seems like he just has all the tools from, damage, frame traps, vtrigger, projectiles, mobility, pokes etc. just more options and potential. Too early to call.
