@Eddy Wang What's so good about Jack?
He got the ability to combo like everyone else, means, doing puninshes into screws into wall into wall damage.
On top of his other buffs, now is hard to get him on a good trade off, jack can practically poke all day without too much opens and then just blow you up real hard as everyone else.

Last Tekken I played was TTT2, so I have no idea about his 'other buffs', could you elaborate a bit?
His damage was really good since the introduction of B! mechanics, imo. Is he able to sidestep now?

not currently on pair of what he got exactly, but he seems to be really hard to shake off since the FR patch.

It's pretty much the same Jack. He still can't step. Megaton punch no longer launches but is -11 w/ pushback n knd, gigaton uppercut comes out faster, d/b+2 only knd on ch, ws 2,1 knd on hit, f,f+1 doesn't guarantee d/b+2 however if you stand up and duck he can gigaton uppercut or safer f,f+3.

Dunno why they keep buffing Feng....he really doesn't need anything. Also they fixed some issues I noticed playing last week. Namely Lili's F+3 having a tiny hitbox and Jin being "stuck" for a second after hitting a CDS+4. Also gave f+4 a bit more advantage on block..I had a few people poke me out of CDS cancel after it or even interrupt CDS+2 which "usually" shouldn't happen as it's an evasive sidestep move.

This made me lol so hard hahaha.

They nerfed all top tiers, Hwoarang included, i was forgetting about him too.

Steve probably was hit the hardest, along with Heihachi, Jack and for the surprise of many Paul recieved buffs despite the nerfs, lol.

Jack nerfed, Heihachi nerfed, Paul buffed and nerfed, dragunov nerfed, Kazumi buffed, Katarina buffed, jin buffed, xiaoyu buffed, Kazuya buffed and nerfed, so many changes.

So pretty much back to DR's deathfist. Gigaton uppercut = 'EMGF', right? The fastest version of hcb~d/f+1?
d/b+2 only knd on CH? Fuck. :eek:

Did he get anything new and useful in T7?

Generic d4's and all df1's should be able to poke Jin out of all CDS moves he does when the poke leading to the CDS is blocked, except lows whiffing on CDS 3 of course. All pokes that have left hand side tracking should hit him out of CDS 2. If you want to stay completely safe you cancel the CDS into a crouchdash-block, that's the way it's been and that's how it should be. If the buff means that on CH f4 without a CDS transition the dash b2,1 pick up is easier then that's fine.

I don't know what you mean by "usually". Having a safe, advancing, i16 CH launching mid leading into a custom string/mix-up situation is OK as long as there is a way out of it by means of simply counterpoking it when blocked.

If you had to respect and either sidestep or just simply backdash or block after already blocking f4-CDS against Jin, wondering if he pulls the trigger on a CDS move then that would be straight up broken.

I can't believe they are letting Heihachi's uf3,4 and f4 stay the way they are. It's ridiculous, just revert them back to TTT2 status and make uf4 tailspin on normal hit.

Its believed that Jin's F4~zen will be buffed equally has result of F4 being 3 frames more safe on block, so F4~zen was -6, if its now -3 will be complete madness hahah.

Movement is now equal to every character, this includes him, backdashes and walkspeeds are all equal now (stapples ftw).

So @vegeta, you might feel Jin just as light as DVJ or the opposite (just as heavy).

Unless it pseudo tracked doing f+4~f, 2 hit my opponent and avoided the pokes..........

And there was definitely a notable difference in how Jin and DVJ moved.

Also I'm well aware the cancel will make f+4 safe, what I'm saying is that before this adjustment I had to be completely spot on and tight to have that be safe as opposed to tag2 where there was more leniency it seemed.

The ranges and overall movement and properties in this game are different than what in used to. Hitboxes are different as well. Bunch of other stuff too. It is a new game and all I'm just saying.

Funniest thing about most of the Paul hate is that as soon as the games gets to consoles, there will be hardly any Paul users anyway.

Drag got buffed not nerfed. Safer wr3/qcf+3, d+2 does more dmg, u/f+2 better on block, wr 1+2 more adv on block
