no he's not top tier, he's certainly viable though. He's basically a mika that does less damage, which is still pretty decent.

well she's probably female, indisputably top 2(imo she's top 1 free), but he IA legs aren't op imo, it's not that anything she has is broken, it's just that she's got every tool you could want plus like 3 more just for fun.

Uhh if I'm understanding you correctly then I've only done some of the character trials to get FM and some survival to get colours for some characters (Guile, Cammy, Ryu and maybe Ken because he has a DP I could spam to get easy money lol). I got 30k for the story and have yet to do the other mode for the extra 50k. I currently have 96k FM or something.
How do you do the hard story mode? I did the regular one but couldn't find the hard version.
Yeah did mean that. I saw on another website (can't remember which one it was) that if you do the characters story, trials, easy and normal survival, and the demonstrations you should roughly make about 56k (That is if the character is at level 0 when you start)
When you start story mode again, it should give you the difficulty option when you choose Nash Vs Bison.
