Learn the crush counter combo for whoever you're playing and then learn to time it meaty on wakeup. Also learn some frame traps. Being plus on block so if they press a button when you do you'll land the hit. Could be you're jab winning or a higher strength button hitting on the same as their jab. Which in this game means the higher strength button will win because of the priority system. The jab mashers will either learn to stop mashing or constantly take damage. Or they might just mash dp instead. Who knows.

Who do you play? And sheesh wattching back my yt vids of ranked. From like pt1 to like now pt20 theres a huge difference lol. Just takes time and practice

Yea the counter poking I do pretty well with, usually my crush counters are of the tripping variety and I'm not an expert on wakeups and what laura can do just yet. I'll work it out eventually. I just need better punishes and my AA game needs to improve. The people I'm playing against don't like to block ever. Once I start doing actual punishes I won't have time to complain about it here because I'll actually be winning after 2 of their mistakes. lol
