But in the second video he does his CA and he remains in his suit. So I just assumed it was some weird PC glitch or mod for it.
The only way you get the naked version is via pc hack and then taking him into modes he was never intended to be used. While it may ultimately be the intention that he goes naked after the CA, story mode Urien (ie: the only one we're supposed to see) always keeps the suit.

Hell, for all we know suit Urien isn't even the default one people will get in two months.

@MylesWright_

I'll be back 3ing
I play Ibuki too honest. I need to add-in bomb resets and this random command dash off normals on block or hit that shouldn't be hitting anyone but 8f

mind telling me what you think? I thought you thought the MU was going to be awful.
I didnt say it was going to be awful, I made the initial prediction that all 6 season 1 characters would beat Gief. (I was wrong about Alex)
But to my experiences of the matchup so far (No training mode, just matches), I am still struggling to punish the rush punch but that is my problem.
-You can stuff rush punches with crouch jabs, even faked out ones. (Unless he decides to fake out of the range)
-Gief's Charge HP gets instantly wrecked by Low Dash or Armor dash into VTrigger.
-Extremely susceptible to V-reversal, CA combo.

Normalize grab immunity.

Best advice I could give is to get him to dance so he doesn't have those punches readily available.

Balrog's crouch target combo seems to be spd punishable after armor but still testing
Read on YT it was -6. Tested it and you can SPD punish. Can punisb the launching TC and probably the 3 hit one. The blockstun in between each hit is short enough for the computer to start the SPD input so it ends up being super when I finish.

Spd punish MP & HP straight, all lows (except EX), all uppercuts (including EX) as long as they don't barely touch you.

Punish the overhead it's -6. Even if it skims you.

St.MP (AA anti uppercut) and St.MK (short body blow with the hand that's facing the players) into 4f St.LP beat reversal SPD. St.RH (huge downward swing) on block is even more plus and traps into cr.MP (long poke. Visually like Men's and Ryu's)

Oh I agree, I just went off the mental notes I jotted down, I wanted to watch my replays but I have to wait 50 years just for them to load up.

Man extra difficulty mode in story mode is hard especially with characters you dont know. Seriously how does anyone play with Dhalsim and Zangeif?

side note: this thread is a lot more entertaining and insightful than most of the mk related stuff lately. I don't have sfv yet but I do enjoy the conversations going on here.

Anything on Ibuki, just ask a Ibuki player, she is on good hands, she needs a lot of time in the lab to spend, and lots of coordination, she has some thigh links compared to some chars.

So far her comeback factor seems to be one of the strongest in the game, and her V-Trigger makes her a very scary character to play against it allows for multiple things.

Btw, you can V-Skill a projectile up close, V-T cancel your V Skill, punish the character in recovery and apply a very nasty combo.

Her ex air kunais are plus on block and allows for a free mix-up.

And she has far more resets than she had in SF4, in a 8f lag game, very dificult to keep up against her pace IMO, she might be mid tier, but once that V-Triggers fulls up, better pray she doesn't have Kunais on her stock, because she becomes stronger.

With Gief against the AI I find it best to only SPD a blocked move that's minus enough to not be escaped, so a sweep or a special move. You can't mix up the AI the same way as a person as it will randomly decide which SPD's to neutral jump out of. At the early stages you can use splash cross ups quite liberally, but it reaches a point where every attempt will just be punished in the most painful way possible. V Skill only for projectiles full screen for meter. Don't know what else I can suggest other than that. Normal mode was fairly easy to beat with him, but I doubt I'll ever manage hard or masochist mode, which is annoying as I want the fight money.

Cross ups are great on story but if they block, do 3 crouch jabs then a full charged HP. If they get hit, do the same thing again but if they block you have to do different things depending on the HP animation. The straight arm animation usually means that you can do another charged HP, if it is curved than you can LP SPD them.

And people said they changed Ibuki too much. She doing twice as much reset and still kunai oki. Fighting her is going to be annoying. Just imagining all the online Ibukis thinking they slick.
ibuki is NOT stronger in this game lol. her resets are cool on paper but only viable in a comeback situation since her v trigger requires her to have 225 hp or less remaining(unless you're managing to use that whack vskill in which case your opponent is either chucking too much plasma or doesn't know the matchup) she's basically a sudden death character at that point. One touch and she dies and you're probably in a similar situation.

shes a good character for sure, but she has glaring weaknesses most characters can exploit. I treat her like dark Phoenix from marvel when I play her. I save all my meter and try to get her to a point where she doesn't have trigger and I can kill her with a ca combo.
