When did I say that? That wasn't me and has NEVER been me. If anything I said Jacqui was mid tier at best but had glaring difficulties that suppressed her from reaching her true potential. I remember saying Kitana was crap because at that time, she was crap. And honestly, she still is with the most recent patch. You can't tell me she wasn't affected by the breaker change, other characters having something similar to her and excelling in areas where she lacked in (defense, rushdown (outside of assassin perhaps)). I still to this day stand by those comments and if those measure "validity", fine. But don't act like your shit don't stink either because you've said some questionable things on this site as well that was plain ludicrous.

Nooo the throw is unbreakable so if you want the unbreakable combo you go for the throw at the risk of the opponent reading and tech. Its mind games its fine as it is.
Kitana is good now, she was buffed in the last patch. I'd actually argue the breaker change made her better because someone like say Cage can't go in and rush her after her or she breaks and she has the best back walk in the game so she can create space pretty easily and start zoning.

Maybe when I played her, i didn't find as much success and that's just my personal bias creeping in but honestly, I can't get with Royal Storm or Assassin. Mournful (which at the time, was considered on par with Assassin for worst variation) was the variation i gravitated to and liked. Perhaps I need to go back to it and lab it and see how it has changed within me dropping it for 6 months.
So what is ur point? what do you want? You want to get free out of her 50/50 into grenade? You gotta make the reads. I already told you u can poke, you can armor, you can jump as long as you make the reads. Is there some risk? Yeah but that is how fighting games play.
