Sorry, what the OP wants is impossible.

As soon as the game comes out there will be hundreds, thousands of people who will whore the top tier chars and consistently use very good (not op, but very good and easy) tactics to win, like their life depended on it to win that ranked match.

This will cause mountains of salt and nobody will even remotely care that someone will find a way to deal with said tactics 3 months later, because the damage has already been done.

If you go outside for 3 months and each time you leave your house someone BEATS THE SHIT OUT OF YOU with a whip, and after 3 months someone comes and says hey, you can wear a jacket and you won't feel anything...you wouldn't care..you would want whips destroyed and burned and anyone using them arrested and executed in public.

That's the way it has always been. Can't fight it.

How can you lab match ups when the game is going to have loot boxes with random armor for characters that affect how characters are played? Gonna have to fork over a lot of money on microtransactions.

Actually I've played you a few times. And I've definitely thrown shit at you on Arkham lol.

I play as a power character against many gadget users, and many of the players who stuck with IGAU don't have a problem with the interactibles.

Firstly, remember they can use them as well, by setting a bomb on them, stomping the flower etc. Yes, it requires a little bit more thought and timing (and so really there should be more of a reward for gadget characters), but it isn't as hard as people make out, if you practice and get used to it.

That's sopmething peopel refused to do, because they would just rather hate on it.

They are a tool to be used, as part of the game, but so many people just bitch about them instead of learning to use them.

I don't play NW, but I'll give you a few matches with Batman or GA on Arkham, and you can feel free to be a power user. I'll still use them to my advantage...

Also, Keep in mind, on many stages, gadget characters can set unlimited bombs...

5 TVs obviously in a set, not in one match.
Batman is one of the few gadget guys who dont have to worry about a TV because he has a double jump and bats that track his opponent. Green Arrow will be free.
To be honest, interactables are something that don't stop me from winning. But that doesnt mean it gives my opponent an advantage over me. If you can't see that, then youre just straight up loco.

I said that interactibles are a factor in footsies in IGAU. There can be pressure about controlling an interactible, and that influences footsies.

People are getting way to fucking hung up on the OTG setups, because that's not what I've been talking about for most of the thread at all.

Doesn't matter though. Whatever I said has become so distorted with all the haters and their strawmen, insults etc.

I'm going to make a better post with videos to explain my point in the next few weeks. If I'm wrong so be it, but I would hope for civil discussion, not childish ganging up.

Anyway....when people are playing footsies, and trying to gain control of an interactible, or to not get to close in case it is used on you(eg water tap in atlantis), or trying to bait them into using it so it misses and you can then go in and punish.....how are interactibles not a part of footsies?

If you don't want to promote, create and perpetuate another season of buff/nerf crying complaints among the community like the way this site always loves to serve out the haterade, then restrict all member thread postings on buffs/nerfs until the game has been out for at least 6 months. Did you seriously bring up spamming arrows again? Spamming 1% arrows that do so less damage collectively 100 is required to kill you and that's considering you're not blocking.
