I vote for the most powerful "street level" hero around: Karate Kid. Oh, you have gadgets, the Speed Force, and a bajillion super powers? Bitch please, I've got 31st century Super Karate! Seriously, you cannot have a DC fighting game without a dude named Karate Kid in it.

Also, while most of us probably don't want any guest characters, I think Neo would fit in nicely. Think about: The Matrix Trilogy are WB films. Neo is pretty much kung-fu Superman. And he has crazy telekinetic abilities that would make him a rather unique character. Get Keanu to voice him and he'll be the greatest NRS guest character ever.
