anyone find the kang mu easier after the xl patch? I feel like it should be with a 7f d1 and his meter burn kick being less plus but I still get rekt

i feel its gotten better. with all the new changes the 71 buff - the LK nerfs i feel that its not as bad as before . funny thing is that i used to run into like 3-4 LKs every session , but i havent seen one in days now . lol.

Yeah I'm gonna have to lab it and see when I can poke now and all that. Same here man although I did match with one in the first round of my first tournament on Saturday was able to pull out the win with ronin but I was really relieved he switched to Sonya lol

ahh okay- yeah id prob say its even - now frustration levels in this match are prob 8-2 cause ermac can bring the salt !! lol
but really , when it comes to ermac, imo i dont think that he has an edge over takeda that he wouldnt technically have over most of the other cast also . yeah id vote 5-5 now.. maaaaaaaybe 6-4 in XL as i havent really came across an ermac that i couldnt at least put up a good fight against .

Ermac's D3 is the most annoying thing in the world. I sometimes play against Ermacs who use that move until I block it, and then they go for an instant 50/50.

I had to laugh reading this. I do the same, but, sometimes instead of a 50/50 I'll go for a throw.

Id really like to use a character against takeda, mainly SR. I hate that MU. Being locked down is not fun so id like to give him a taste of his own medicine.

I main Kitana, but have other characters such as:
Cassie (Hollywood)
Sonya (CO and demo)
Tanya (all variations)
Ermac (all variations)
Kotal (all variations)
Sektor
Shinnok
Learning Quan...
Don't have much exp using Liu in MUs but I'm familiar with him in general.

Since the XL update, I wanted to get an update and see if any of the characters listed would still be more in my favor over takeda?

Tanya was a horrible mu before the patch idk about now but cassie might be good against him

Mileena is one of SR's worst MU's now. B12 can break any armor SR has now.
