TBH, SonicFox is probably going to become the greatest of all time with FGs. He's already the best NRS player, a top DOA player, a top Skullgirls player, a top Pokken player, and arguably the best American SFv player at the moment with his current results. He got 9th at the first big American SFV major, and now he just placed the highest out of ALL Americans at the biggest USA SFV major to date which was Final Round that had over 1200+ players and TONS of top players and competition. Keep in mind he's also doing this with F.A.N.G who is considered a LOW TIER character.
Not many people understand how good SonicFox is. Especially the players that don't know him very well and play casuals with him on a constant basis. He loves fighting games and doesn't do this shit for money, fame, or publicity, so his skill and passion is 100% authentic and the realest it's ever going to get with someone. He plays fighting games because he loves the shit out of them and has insane amounts of fun playing them.
IMO, SonicFox is the best at multiple characters in multiple games. For example, he was known as being the "best" Batgirl in Injustice, but I would put money down that he was also the best Killer Frost, Catwoman, and Joker Injustice has ever seen and would like to see many players try to fight his alts. I would play his secondary characters in Injustice and they were ridiculous. He would 15-0 my Martian Manhunter with characters like Catwoman and do crazy abstract things I barely so actual Catwoman mains do. I mean, he was just bodying top players at Final Round with JASON VOORHEES. It wouldn't surprise me at all if Sonic is currently the best Jason. This kid has talent and it's shown over the years and he's only going to get BETTER as he gets older. Every year SonicFox goes through a Super Saiyan-esque transformation and gets way harder to defeat than he was the previous year. His skill multiplies and he gets wiser as he gets older. If you've ever beaten SonicFox before, chances are he will wreck you in a run back. Pretty much everyone who has experience can attest to this.
This kid is amazing and in years down the line I think he will be known as one of the best FG players of all time with all of his trophies, acolytes, multi-game domination, and growth as a player. SonicFox is truly one of a kind, IMO.
