Question - Cyrax How do you nerf this character

I dont mind any reasonable nerfs but in return i want this

B2 to be +2 ( ie cyber sub has the same b2 and its also plus...)

His tp to have armor on all times and not get stuffed for some reason

Better d4 exclusive to him


F2 to be a true mid

His low bombs explode faster and are faster on startup


And a command grab :DOGE


And if we use the ex net and continue the combo literally gives them an entire bar lol... Not something good to spend meter on , if we use ex net disable the opponent meter build untill the combo is finished.

Could you not just limit how many bombs he can do in a combo? One of each type or something instead of waiting a few days on a combo to end?

As much as I hate how long his combos are, that is a huge part of the character, and his combos are mind games in and of it self just because it gets you flustered, it annoyed you, gets you to play sloppy, I've always thought that was a huge part of what cyrax is, that or I just don't know shit about the character. Which is a very high possibility

Yeah i've not really played Cyrax since MK:T so I have no idea how he is supposed to play nowadays to be fair but the amount of bombs (10 I'm sure is the highest I've seen) you can do in one combo just seems a bit too wild. Were the bombs this unlimited in MK9?

Why you ask?Because cyrax unblockable bombs not only would they be broken, but if they want be usable after net is not a good change, his maximum damage midscreen meterless would be 23% XD

Shinnok's meterless damage is even lower and he does just just fine. Cyrax's bombs in MK9 weren't broken and they were unblockables, at first considering the run mechanic I thought that they wouldn't fit in MKX, but with the really short range they have now I actually changed my mind.

Cyrax would become meter dependent for kombos and safety in exchange of a way better neutral, don't see anything wrong with it.

Probably I will going to say some silly things but:
- make normal ground bomb hit mid and EX ground bomb hit low.
- add the ability to explode the EX bomb when you want, maybe with a command. Same thing with EX air bomb.
- EX teleport armor more consistent on wake up and in general (sometimes seems to not hit).
- reduce the hit box of net and add some cooldown time on it (like Quan Chi's bat).

This probably doesn't destroy the character but make his dirty stuff less free.
But I'm not good on balancing fighting game! :p

Ermac doesnt have an overhead low that leads into anything or any hard to blockables and he needs bar, and if you guess right you get a full combo, same with leatherface, scorps is really fuzziabble low, sonya as well, no character in the game aside from cyrax has a hard to blockable that even if they block it your plus 8 and ex plus 16, he gets 45 one bars and his combos also run the clock well, so please stop defending retarded hard to blockables, if they wanna give him a vortex fine but not a hard to blockable plus vortex.

shouldnt be hard to fix: use the same algorithm as for subzero, when he freezes you in the air, this way the throw wont reset you, and some unblockables wont work.

If it's a matter of HTBs in general, there is a thread for that. So go whine there and GTFO of Cyrax forum. nerfing/buffing a character based on preference is despicable. and i don't know who/what you mean by FR nor do i care.

I would nerf Cyrax by giving him a 6 frame startup on his net and also let him use it as an instant air projectile. I would make buzzsaw hit full screen, and also make bombs unblockable and attach to opponents when they come in contact with them.

Go ahead and lick that empty cup after eating your daily bag of dicks, Raiden has been reduced to mid tier for quite a while now and we made peace with that.
Anymore nerfs to triborg wont make a difference to scrubs like you, you'll still lose to him (free) like you still lose to lao and tanya to this day.
