Ok, i've updated OP with a few more combos but i'm currently making some htb reset that OP should be updated with in about half an hour since it takes me some time to figure out the good resets.

Off of what does Mileena have the 52%? Probably her overhead (F3 right?), but it's justifiable because of its 30+ frame startup.

just because its a reactible move doesn't mean its justifiable. i can land that move on anyone, and if i can land it on anyone then the bigger names can land it in match.

just takes conditioning to get thos bigger frame moves on meople.. and btw the B2 on Cyrax is more frames than Mileenas F3 (and then when you add , you have to lay bomb that pouts that setup above 100 frames..

net is honestly no different than when i used mileenas stagger strings on hit, you force you to either block F3 or eat it, her F3 is +2 on block and then you may eat her throw or what ever she decides to OS off it.. so its by no means a bad move. in fact that so called Nerf on that F343 i felt help my game using her.

Mileenas F3 is 33 frames startup and Cyrax's B2 is 35
so is his justifyable.. just like Cyrax uses other methods to make you eat the B2 you can do the same thing with mileena's F3.. stagger pressure into F3?

i don't have a problem with her having 52% in corner for one bar.. just like i don't have a problem with half the cast having it either, cuz they almost all do. only thing that changes with them, is how hard they are to input from one to the other.

Like i was saying i have no problem with any of them having Guess situations cuz thats whats always been fun to me about MK games, the "mind games"

MKX is super fun because now we have Cancel pressure into mind games, Vortex into mind games, 50/50 mind Games, Stagger strings into mind games, Footsie mind games(less than MK9 footsie but none the less), Condition ing Mind games, Space control mind games.

this game is so much fun to me and will never get old to me, because its all about Reads' and getting into your opponents head.

on a daily basis i can Critique my previous sets, and figure out my weaknesses, where I had gaps in my Game, what was the weakest link that round, my Footsies, neutral, Pressure, Defense, Reversal's/punishes, Setups or reads or Blocking or evading HTB's and so on, and i can Lab up what i should do the next set against that Character.

Stagger pressure into F3 is probably easy to hit Mileena out of. Back to Cyrax, his really high damaging combos are much more likely to happen than Mileena's F3 combos because he has his resets and hard-to-blockables to work with. Not saying it's OP per se, just that you can't really compare Cyrax and Mileena cause they get their high damage in very different ways.

I know I'm saying this really late lol, but this can be done midscreen as well and you don't need to do F21~EXDB1, 4, 4~BF1, you can just do 4 one time, but I find it easier to do it two times in the corner :)

PSA: Some people thought that all the colours were annoying, not only that i felt the combo thread looked kind of unorganized, now i've put all of the combos without colours in spoilers! :D

F43 xx ex db4, 4 xx bf1, db2, backdash, dd2, 4 xx db2, jbk, dd2, uppercut, db2, njp, dd3, walk back, 21, b2, 4 xx db4 = 44%
F21 xx bf1, dash, df2, f43, df2, f43, df2, 114 xx dd2, uppercut, db2, njp, dd3, walk back, 21, b2, 4 xx db4 = 41%
Anti air:
S1, f43 xx ex db4, 4 xx bf1, run, db2, backdash, dd2, 4 xx db2, jbk, dd2, uppercut, njp, dd3, walk back, 21, b2, 4 db4 = 43%

Great video man.

Any tip on how to connect the last dd2 jb4 (on the first combo)? I seem to always let it drop, regardless of how I time it..

What are you guys doing after a fullscreen net?

For now, I find it very hard to connect a teleport, far bomb and f43, on reaction. In a real match, I always end up out of time when I hit F43.

So, I'm doing these as BNBs:


1. bf1, df2, dd2, db2, run (stop on jump distance from last bomb), dd2, d2, dd3, 212 - 25% (consistent)

2. bf1, df2, dd2, db2, run (stop on jump distance from last bomb), df2, j4, dd2, d2, db2, njp, step back, dd2, db1, walk back, 4~db1 - 28% (can end on 4~dd3, for HTB)

These are not optimized, maybe someone could figure out how to get more damage but still keeping it practical. If so, please post here.

I did play Cyber Sub, got bored and picked up Cyrax, much more fun.
Also why in a cyrax thread? And in a Combo thread?
