Fair point. I'll let you have that oneread the notes. server data which has been on the servers since day1 were behaving differently/incorrect on retail games. a workaround has been posted to address this for now.

Also smokes f2 is listed as a high that does 9% damage when it's a mid that does 3%.@colt
Issues with the other triborgs was fixed, but smokes b21 still whiffs randomly. He also has weird blockstun issues that makes f4 and f4d1 jail into regular smoke bomb randomly.
You misread, the fix to tremor is a good thing. He can now hit confirm from up rocks again.

Uprock is still pretty terrible but the risk reward is a lot better. He can now combo off of it like he used to. Metallic is probably the one that needed this the most IMO.What does this hotfix mean for Tremor?
Finally the (up) Rock has come back to Mortal Kombat X.Tremor -- Fixed a bug which was not allowing a combo to continue after a Rock Drop hit regardless of the hit advantage.

uprock not allowing a combo was a legit bug. it wasn't intentionalI love the way NRS takes no responsibility for their changes whatsoever. It's always "fixed a bug" or "wasn't working as intended".
that was your console was actually correctly using server data from launch. We've tracked the issue down and are working on a more permanent fix.This happened live during our tournament saturday. The stream console got the fix but the off stream one didn't. We knew right away something was different and I guess people were blowing Cossner up for mentioning it lol
