moves into ex ice clone work consistently now. example, b1,2 ex iceclone, rc, b1,2 iceball, jip, 242, 123, slide. ( I think it's like 35% or something?)
So at least he has some more damage mid screen now. Also, hardknock downs online will hit 99% of the time now, and with the gameplay changes making spacing better now it's pretty much a buff to subzero.

So b12 xx ex statue works on both block and hit, in either stance now?

If that's true, there are more changes than were discussed in the balance kast.

So f4exclone b12 should be a thing now right?
I didn't get to really check f4 too much but I was able to connect that also when I did.
Also clone shatter is really good for anti airs in the corner (obviously b2 also). online I was able to shatter as an anti air and combo off it consistently which is nice when I don't back 2 check them. The hit box for db1 seems different, non ex even was anti airing pretty well from a decent distance I don't remember it working that well before.

I don't know the exact frame data on the clone cancels, but a while back I tested all of Sub Zero's strings cancelled into clone and listed them from best to worst. I think I posted them in response to a Kung Jin player too (@stamatis ?).

If he/ anyone else doesn't recall, I'll make a thread about these clone cancels and gradually update it with punishes for each character of the kast. However, I'm going to wait for KP2 before I post the project, just in case any last minute GM changes debut.

Is it difficult to calculate somehow the exact frame data after the cancel? With the frame data we could see all the match up punish possibilities and dont need to test each cast all moves...
Maybe we can calculate it based on punish data (if it can punish it is under a certain frame, etc.).

I do not know if it is worth it maybe some highest level players know it. :p

I was planning on testing it based on punish/ pressure data. Laying the ground work for it would take some time, but once the project gets rolling, it should be easy to guesstimate within a frame or two. I'll update the threads with the process so if anyone has any objections, I can fix them.

Is there any difference in Clone corner combos for small hurt-boxes? Or are we still going for the b3~Clone on them?

I was planning on testing it based on punish/ pressure data. Laying the ground work for it would take some time, but once the project gets rolling, it should be easy to guesstimate within a frame or two. I'll update the threads with the process so if anyone has any objections, I can fix them.
I think it would worth a individual thread. Like FRBC frame data for Scorpion. But it is up to you. :)

Is there anything different in the frame data? Any of his pokes faster than 9 frames? His B4 faster than 19 or safer than -16? They said that kind of frame data was changing across the board.

I won't be able to check until I get my new XL copy tomorrow (at least I hope the retailer got it in time).

why do they even bother?
Ex clone working is huge.... Along with the way the game is made now it helps out spacing and everything.... I'm 100% okay with the changes with him atm, the whole change of the game not being rushdown offense 24/7 was a huge buff to subzero alone.
 
I can't remeber the previous frame data but both d1, d3 and d4 are 9 frames but the d4 is -6 on block was this always like this?

the sweep is 15 frames and -5 on block

both klone toss is +1 frame on block

I think that's the same. Not sure about sweep I never use it.
 
sweep is definitively faster,

the female corner still not fixed bothers me way more than it should, but I guess we all have to deal with it

Ah they nerfed f33. It's -4 now, used to be -2.

EDIT: d2 appears to be the same, except in Cryo where it's 13f now. I believe it used to be 14f. X ray frame data corrected to +19. Cryo f122 is now -9 from 0. There are quite a few differences in here.
