Was thinking of getting the Xbox 360/Xbox one to ps4 converter but as I search for a video on YouTube one of the comments say "times out after 8-15 mins" is this true? Also are brook converters banned in tourney? (Sorry if this has been discussed)

BROOK already solved timeout issue on latest firmware..

All too easy...
Just got my converter ans super excited to test it out at my local today. Ran into a minor issue when trying to update the firmware though. I'm following the instructions from the pdf from the Brook website but it doesnt match up with whats on my computer.

Here's my screen at the moment: http://i.imgur.com/RhQsLwr.jpg

It is saying that under "devices and printers" it will be labeled as "usb input device" but instead it reads it as a full "PS4 wired gamepad" (left window in image). If I expand on the ps4 wired gamepad though it shows the usb input device (right windows in image). So everything is there, but since the usb input device is not the option under devices and printers I can not right click it to select "update driver" (step in instructions). Am I missing something?

You're going to the wrong page. Try searching "devices" or "input devices" or something along those lines on your computers search bar.

Also, I was able to try out the Xbox 360-Xbox one to PS4 and I can feel the input lag of the converter. Not sure if it was my tv or the converter but it made me have to play with a bit delay which felt awkward. Not sure if I want to keep using this...

Click Change Setting, then installed ZEROPLUS USB Driver.
If you installed successful USB Driver, "USB input device" will change to "ZeroPlus USB Device".

Please double confirm.. Thanks

It's on your end. Well at least mine is fine.

Hey, so I bought an Xbox One to PS4 Adapter and when I connect my Xbox controller to the converter and plug the converter in, nothing happens. Does anyone have any ideas? I thought it was just plug in and play. I also tried updating the drivers and that didn't work either. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

I love the DS4 but my only issue are after a year or so the dpad gets depressed, and I wish I could turn the dpad ever so slightly on an angle. Also the trigger sensitivity is a bit high imo.

Would a PS2 pad be better or worse for me, given these concerns?

Asking here because I will buy a ps2 to ps4 adapter asap if it is better.
Use PS2 pad, hands down the best for MKX imo. I use the brook PS2-PS4 converter which works great (there was a hiccup resulting from a recent PS4 update, but Brook provided instructions online on how to easily update the converter to fix the issue)

There are two folder for Zeroplus USB Driver & latest firmware in my dropbox.
BTW, I wrote new instructions to follow and do. Have any issues, please let me know.

Please use a XBOX One controller without Headset to update at this version.
At next version, you will use XBOX One controller with Headset & Elite to update.

Hey man, my PS2-PS4 brook converter had been working fine after the firmware update (post-ps4 update) but recently when I press and hold block (R2) it thinks I am pressing R2 on and off repeatedly such that my character is not just holding block but is instead rapidly switching between blocking and not blocking. When this happens, the red light on the converter was also flashing on and off repeatedly. Any ideas why this is occurring? I had to stop using the converter because of this.
