He is still good!look the bright side that the nerfing is over for scorp!hold tight because i sense with kp2 we will have a lot of drama from quan, goro and tanya players(i hope!!)
Is the nerfing over? cause online warriors still might be whining to eyebrows about how good he is, then scorpions going to be brutalized by the nerf hammer.

I guess that's your way of saying it can be crouched/poked out of? How many times do you actually see people crouch poking the first hit of a string? Not very often. A lot of people won't throw out a random poke hoping that you do that string. If the second hit or third was a high, well that's a different story.
Now that's just flat wrong

You can easily poke out of scorpions pressure and punish his 214 if he doesn't cancel it, just stay out of this howard.

Not necessarily, but the rewards yielded by Hellfire's run cancels are in fact inferior to what meter does for some variations, nevermind other run cancel oriented variations.

Assuming you actually play Ethereal, what would you trade F14 EX fade for in respect to any of Hellfire's run cancelled blockstrings?

Why wouldn't you cancel 214 is the bigger question. Its a good conditioning tool to start grabbing or overhead.

You'd have to just poke all the time or make a really hard read for 2. Would I trade f1 ex fade? I a heartbeat for 21 FBC. Not spending all the meter I do would help a lot.

Actually I get poked out of those situations quite often against good players. You have to contest options to win at fighting games. Highest level players don't play text book for a reason. Otherwise you would guarantee lose every bad match up.

There are plenty of reasons why 214 wouldn't be cancelled, like out of stamina or don't want to use a special that is more punishable cause you don't have meter.

Everytime i go to do the pressure i'm poked out of it, it's not as hard as you think, people just respect the pressure and don't even try.
you might want to mix up your pressure with b1/b12 after 214 FBC, or throw (beats pokes), or poke yourself and continue pressure, or block their poke and continue pressure.
It's just not a braindead pressure, you have to outthink your opponent. 21 and 214 fbc is still a huge + (about +7) so you have an upperhand

I have been mixing it up, there always ends up being a point to poke out of the pressure.

Oh ok. You can be poked if you do not make your opponent respect your + frames. I'd suggest poking after the fbc to keep things in check. Once they are conditioned you can start applying more pressure or throw. Its all about conditioning. Just because he isn't wack like Kang doesn't mean he is bad.
