Maybe cause of....online

But I don't think she's that hard either
I don't think she's hard at all... now.

But when I was new to the game and looking to play her... run canceling was a huge turn off. Especially when there were others characters who didn't require it at all for good combos.

Vjeekes

DevilApes
Kung Lao (can't do 112124 for the life of me)
)
Once you know how to do that move it is easy as hell.
I can do it consistently by pushing fastly 112, than slide my thumb (dont lift up your finger) to the 1 and slide to the 2 and 4 buttons
try it for 5 minutes in practice and you will have no troubles anymore

When this game first came out I was terrified of run canceling. I literally didnt run cancel at all for the first 3 weeks. Then when I finally got into run canceling it was easy cause I was already up to speed with the game.

I think that's more a problem of just starting a game and finding the game in general difficult then finding a singular character difficult.

When I started the game, I started with Cassie and everything felt weird and clunky. However after like a week of playing, everything fell into place because I began to understand the actual game mechanics.

I'll try that out... but I have zero faith that I'll be able to do it. haha

That's probably true. But if I was going to recommend an "easy" character to someone new, I'm less inclined to say cassie than I would be to recommend a character like a kung jin, scorpion, etc.

I played her since day 1..the run cancelling combos were actually one of the things I loved about her. I got used to it fast and I love fast combos

NHDR

Noob
Easy:
1. Cybernetic Kano - managed to pull off most of his combos and things within 2 hours. Easy game plan, nothing too tight on execution.
2. War God Kotal Kahn - same as Kano.

Though I should add that these characters can also be hard to play. In the sense of winning, that is. Easy to control, hard to use effectively. Know what I mean?

Grr learned this Hish-Qu-Ten Predator in just 30 minutes...
I'd hardly call that learnt...

He was getting away with so much crap because Arma had no idea what predator can do (and who could blame him, he just came out).

Grr was also not using Pred's PCC nor his disk oki, nor his block string pressure, nor any of his actual combos, etc.

I don't think any character is really that difficult to learn, but to use to their full extent, I think Predator is one of the harder ones.

This is akin to saying MK9 kabal is easy to use without using his iagb or ndc.

Not calling either Grr or Arma out, just stating how things are.

Cassie is actually quite easy to use...

I really don't understand why people are marking her as difficult.
If you are used to the character and had enough practice she becomes easy.
But her learning curve from my experience is rather high, especially the timing on her tight run and corner combo's

Raiden & Scorpion's cancels are easier to you? def. not to me
Scorpion's I literally got instantly and could consistently do them til my stamina ran out. I think it may have to do with the order I learned the characters.

Learning Liu's cancels were hard, so after that, all other cancels in the game feel very easy, even TG though the timing was funny at first for TG; now I almost never drop my LRC.

I think Arma played the matchup pretty well, regardless.

For 30 minutes of practice, I would say that was pretty d@mn good. Others, who want to play Predator, now have a clear lead to follow - if they so choose.

Well Liu Kang's Fireball ends with f1 so it's easier to run out of for me..Raiden's is harder for me cuz of the weird timing .. Still struggling with Scorpion's too cause of the spear coming out if you do it too fast. God I hate that...

Obviously the toughest character to learn is swarm queen d vorah...... you literally have to use cancels for everything......

Easiest proly venomous d vorah... and the easiest combos in the game are cryo sub zero...

this is not subjective xD

jax is one of the easiest charcters to use idk why anyone woiuld say he's tough.... maybe heavy weapons jax is tough but even that isn't that tough cuz you don't really need to use his cancel often.

I say swarm queen d vorah cuz you literally need to use her cancels for everything you do.
