i was also always against ermac getting a lift off the f4 and u4, but with how the game has panned out so far it would help so much haha.

i dont care who found the vortex, im just like "wtf why is everything i post ( thats very useful) just overlooked and paid no attention to."
then i look some time later and people are all over my techs lol


i think i find most of the stuff i do because of how limited ermac can be. I literally try everything imaginable to be able to give myself more of an edge. i guess i should thank my training partner who pushes me to that level

Well i m not trying to be an ass but everything you said except one or two things i ve already knew them. Its just that because i m new to this forum and i dont have time to read all the posts in the Ermac forums maybe thats why i havent seen your posts about these techs.

I swear I use that string very moderately, f114 and b2 charge I use a whole lot more in my game play.. As well as my f4 and u4 mixups.hes got so many unused strings folks..

nono, the hot topic of discussion has been 31 as of late. i haven't forgotten about b114 or b2 at all, these are also as key a component to ermac as 31 is.
there are so many amazing ermac techs. i post a lot of the ones i find, useful or not, ones with no damage or some others with more damage. it really doesn't matter, its just to get the information out there. i should compile it all into one thread and update it with whatever anyone else posts at all. just to have it all in one location instead of multiple threads and scattered in them

At Airblast topic: remember, that AB is only +2 on block (done close to the ground), so in midscreen when you hit with it on opp's block you still have to dash to start any blockstring (because of pushback) - the advantage isn't a thing you can rely on But near a wall iAB is your best friend

Dealing with crossover jump punches would be nice, I sometimes feel trapped by them, though it might be an online thing.

Someone test this who has a training partner.Do air blast really low to the ground then do Tk push or lift I think the hit stagger allows for a free Tkpush or lift after the air blast lands.

Zaf if you want some corner and midscreen combos to add in the video i have some in mind which are really destructive and rewarding even after the latest nerfs Ermac got. I ll be glad to help adding more info.

I did not use this corner combo in the past i have other high damaging ones but i want to learn this one and the last hit always whiffs. Is it the height that i need ? or is it the actual input?

The easiest way to do the B12F1 corner combo is to use after a string an EX Lift. If you do that in the corner you automaticaly get pushed back. Then you dash and do the loop normaly but not too fast cause the last hit might whiff. Its not that hard. You just need to practice it a bit. Once you get the hang of it its an easy bnb corner combo. You can also do it with a normal lift too but its extremely risky but very rewarding. I wouldnt recommend it in an actual match though except if you have mastered it. I havent....yet
