I would mind. I hope NRS does not turn the character into another generic and boring 50/50 mix up character. The game already has enough of such character designs. Jacqui's design in Full Auto works perfectly.
I hear ya. They need to keep full auto as a zoning variation. I was just trying to be realistic. As you said, NRS will most likely nerf the machine gun to please casual/online players. I speak mainly to her shotgun variation, where her main gameplan just doesn't work like it should. Also, High Tech is interesting, but its just not as viable as the other rush down, run cancel characters. Does she even get actual frame traps on block? I always feel like they can armor out.

Jacqui has great footsie abilities due to her amazing back and forward walk speed. Her ability to whiff punish stuff is godlike.

His problem is he is using high tech, which just isn't as good as full auto atm.
Guess I should reword that. She has, in my opinion, funky footsie. Walk speed is crazy and she has a lot of attacks that move her forward quite a bit. So, without a solid comfort with her normals it can be difficult to gauge attacks. Also, I find the priority on her normals to be inconsistent or lacking at times.

Don't get it twisted though, I enjoy Jaqui and FA is my main (mostly because her ranged game feels more reliable to me) but I think she needs to go under the knife in terms of hitboxes and priority. I apologize for saying her footsies were "bad", they're just not conventional in my eyes.
 
I changed to shotgun which I've never used before, and now magically I'm actually able to play the game and win matches. Just a shame that it's so buggy. It feels like such a random thing when restand works and doesn't.

I would probably have much better luck with her offline, but it's not an option at the moment :(

They can armour out, she's not plus enough.

You can create gapless pressure with QBRC but otherwise yeah they can armor out eventhough QB is + on block because none of our normals are quick enough to make it gapless >__>

i have problem to come close to do b33 with full auto,do u recommend me to use shotgun or full auto...i love pressure?

I agree full auto needs no buffs (just fixes). She is very very viable. I don't know about better than Quan but we'll see.

High tech on the other hand struggles to get in and then cannot apply pressure for more than one cancel. I see lots of potential in this variation, but she does struggle.



If he was reaching 50% he was using a QBRC.
sorry let me reword that he was dropping 49% combos in the corner I think I mostly got mid screen was 29 to 30%
I really would like some setups on how do I charge the gauntlets safely

you enough your combo landing a 232 while they are in the air..

In the corner i typically do. 121 QBRC 33 BF2 4 BF2 232 DB2MB

That's good for mid screen i guess if you really want that gauntlet...... Bot you lose soo much damage ... I don't think it's worth it..
Lol you guys gave me some ideas but completely missed the point of me not able to land the quick burst cancels

Oh u can do most strings into bf2 the 4 bf 2 212 into charge... once iit doesn't launch the (ie b2) u can do that.. With b2 i do b2 bf2 1 1 212 gauntlet charge .....

Also the same combos you do to get a safe gauntlet charge you can can get the otg dd4 if you already have it charge for a free 13% unscaled damage

What exactly is giving you trouble? if you do it quick enough the input in df2 counts as the first forward for the run input so it'll be: df2 (hold 2) f+block then whatever you want after.

I'm also just trying to figure out my options without using the quick burst cancel like ways to set up the gauntlet charges

Guys i have problem to approach opponent i play full auto,her short arms and bad pokes cant let me come close to opponent,they respect me machine gun stuff...btw what is the difference between full auto and shotgun maybe i should give a try to shotgun,i am like rushdown characters

If you want rush down, High Tech is definitely the go to variation.

sadly the 212 does not work against fast wake ups like Sub Zero's slide

212 is a hard knock down not a launcher so its not cancellable
It's actually a splat knockdown, but you get more advantage from knocking them down while airborne than you do while they are on the ground. I know it's not cancellable but you should/might be at enough advantage to go for it. I know you have enough advantage to nj~dd4 so there's that.
