I don't typically add x-ray combos, but I may put a couple in for relentless/slasher as they are somewhat viable in those variationsI didn't see this in the op unstoppable section.
X-ray mid screen
dd3,f2,24,b12~X-ray 56%(42%without the buff)
it's in the op already, and does work on female chars. Relatively easy timing, just definitely hard online.Sorry if this has been posted before
Slasher jason has a 31% overhead combo in the corner:
f2, bf3, d1, 111, df1
The timing is extremely strickt and from what ive found does not work on female hitboxes
It's in my video in the combo threadSorry if this has been posted before

Also, when I land 111, and try to cancel into df1, half of the time it doesn't even activate and half of the time it does but it's too late because the enemy is out of the hit box.Alright... So with the slasher variation, when I do the combo b122, f42, f42, 111xxdf1, I cannot seem to cancel properly into the final df1 choke bloodlust move or whatever it's called successfully. I can only reliably do 11xxdf1 at best. Someone enlighten me on how to land this combo, I am having difficulty with 111xxdf1 in other combos as well and it's driving me insane. Any help would be very appreciated
after the last f42, input 111 instantly; before it even looks like you need to. You can also move forward during the f42 if you think that will help, but I haven't necessarily had success with it.Also, when I land 111, and try to cancel into df1, half of the time it doesn't even activate and half of the time it does but it's too late because the enemy is out of the hit box.
Thank you for the help. When I do instantly go into 111 as soon as I'm done with the last f42, df1 simply doesn't work. Also, as I sit in training doing this over and over tweaking my strategies I keep failing and it works 1/100 times. This seems so simple and is very frustrating...after the last f42, input 111 instantly; before it even looks like you need to. I'm not sure what to say about that really, it might just be a small timing issue that you need to work out. I only just now realized you were talking about a b122 starter though, and yeah the 111 in that is extremely inconsistent if not impossible most of the time. I would stick to doing 11 df1 midscreen, it's not worth it.Thank you for the help. When I do instantly go into 111 as soon as I'm done with the last f42, df1 simply doesn't work. I think that's a good plan, it really isn't worth it. Thanks buddyI'm not sure what to say about that really, it might just be a small timing issue that you need to work out. I think you are talking about Slasher...(B122 in other variations IS good for punish)When it comes to offense Im pretty good (even tho I literally just picked Jason for few hrs), I can do his meterless 35-37% dmg from JP2, F42, NP, F42, 111-DF1 (and ex) no problem, same with overhead F2, DF1 / BF2 etc.
BUT: My biggest problem with in defense... How do you guys deal with fast opponents who can poke u to death, how can u punish people with those slow ass normals? I have seen people dong D1 pokes that continues into B122 laucher - but it's so freaking inconsistent... I can't do B122 after D1 most of the time...
I try doing D1, then B122 but i usally fail - is there any tech / special way to it?..
Yes im talking about the Slasher, but the thing is that once or twice you make those EX BF2 - they adapt to it and so they expect ur meter "wakeup". I have been doing these Ex BF2 too, but once they learn it - they know u gonna use.. And even u succeed on BF2, they will run back to you and continue pressure... It's super hard against fast opponents. They can out-poke you, and if you try poking them back - you most likely gonna fail with B122 afterwards anywayI think you are talking about Slasher...(B122 in other variations IS good for punish)
So in Slasher if someone pressure me I do allways BF2 EX ,has armor, safe, do 22% and gains distance to make you being the one who pressures
But...when you do it once, you gain distance to have the iniciative. And if he expect it he wont attack and block...its time to you to pressure¡¡¡ . It´s all a mind game . Yes, I know there a lot of chars with fastest and with better range pokes, but, hey, how many has a low-overhead string who gives a consistent >30% without meter?Yes im talking about the Slasher, but the thing is that once or twice you make those EX BF2 - they adapt to it and so they expect ur meter "wakeup". work on spacing, b3 bf3 as well as f2 bf3 are both good tools to deal with people in the neutral. There isn't much you can really do to deal with fast chars super up close other than armorIt doesn't matter, if they expect ur wakeup they just wait for it / block and continue pressure. Also wasting one bar for EX BF2 when they gonna come back just continue endless poke pressure is not the best thing especially when you might wanna safe some bar for breaker. And if u are out of meter u are pretty much fucked / out-poked. Jason is slow as fk.
there is a post in the op so you can learn some bnb's... and you should really chill with posting these vids everywhereDono How well i'm doing Combo wise i just spamm everything and hope for the best
slasher is just super mediocre imo, I don't know what his overall gameplan is tbhI wish Jason had his b122 from Relentless/Unstoppable in Slasher.
It's his brain dead variation, to be honest. You get dumb damage just from f42 loops into 111~df1. 36% anywhere, 38% corner without meter. Imagine if his f42 was safe on block.slasher is just super mediocre imo, I don't know what his overall gameplan is tbh
