Jacqui can get 41% meterless in the corner, but it's only against male characters because it involves db3.

It's b33, db3, 33, db2, 11~bf4.
She can still get 35% meterless against the entire cast with b33 (or f3b4) ~bf2-4~db2-f~bf4.

Yeah, I gotta remember that she can use bf2 in her strings to extend a combo.
I only use it in the corner; everywhere else, bf4 seems to lead to more damage, even if it's a much simpler combo. For instance, b2-bf4 does about twice as much damage as any fancy midscreen bf2 combo I've been able to find.

- I swear if I see another Shotgun Jacqui waste stamina doing 114 dust run 114 I will flip my proverbial shit. You can regular dash between anything you want to do after dust thereby not wasting stamina (but 33 is hard as balls to get).

- db3 EX~hold then press 1. Throw comes out. What the fuck game?

One peculiarity I noticed in High-Tech:

- Level 0 s4 xx df2 knocks downs on hit vs standings opponents, but not crouching. However, comboing into s4 xx df2 right after a landed jump-in punch knocks down regardless of their standing/crouching state. Meanwhile, every other normal/string I've noticed leaves the opponent standing on hit when cancelled into lvl 0 df2.

Strange, no? Something to take into account in our pressure.

Noticed part of this too. i think its how s4 picks the up into the air a bit
 
So uhh, is it spacing dependant on whether or not b2 into low shotgun restands? Cause it feels really weird for me. Always works at max range but up close it's really inconsistent.

Doesn't work close range with male or female characters.
After that, the acceptable range is dependent on gender. Overall, its incosisten.

Finally started trying out high tech, I could see this variation having it's uses. Also, have her low pokes always been 8 frames?

Most the game's moves got 1 frame of start-up added to them. Stealth nerfs and buffs and already coming in lol.
Yeah I was aware of this, which really sucks, her low pokes now have no reach and none of them have fast enough startup to really compete up close without advantage.

They were just as bad before lol, gotta go with High Tech if you really want them plus frames.

Nothing changed really aside from them universally making 5f moves into 6. I don't like shit suddenly changing without them telling us tho..

My biggest pet peeve and the thing that gets me blown up the most is the reach on her low pokes. For a lot of the characters, you can't even counter poke with d3 after they are on minus frames because it just wont touch them.

So annoying.

Yeah that has been one of my biggest problems too. It actually happens with a LOT OF characters too.

My biggest pet peeve and the thing that gets me blown up the most is the reach on her low pokes. For a lot of the characters, you can't even counter poke with d3 after they are on minus frames because it just wont touch them.

So annoying.
I've started counter-poking with d4. If you use that weird option select where you hold block and mash out the d4 so it comes out on the first available frame, it seems to work pretty well (though it doesn't always come out...).

Low shotgun is safe and I think she has shotgun moves that give +frames that lock me in corner
Maybe a bad matchup but I can't stop her with Ermac -_-
I'll win a round and barely a couple matches but lose a lot.
How to deal with w/ Jacqui using Ermac?

Her Anti airs sucks, try jumping it at her with a air move with a large hit box if u can read a low shotgun.

I've tried this many times and I don't know if it's online or what, but the hitbox for it is huge. I would jump and see my character lift off the ground and still get hit/stunned by it
Maybe not enough time to jump after seeing the start up of it? Or am I too slow?
