Don't know about Kitana, but I've heard Revenent Liu Kang unlocks upon reaching Level 10 in Special Moves.
she's definitely gorgeous! actually all of her skins are awesome! I still need to unlock classic one. my highest character on mobile is like 33. ugh.
Dumb question, but how do you check your level?
I'm wondering if stuff is random or you must meet conditions first then do things. I've won lui kang revenant playing ranked and I haven't played as lui kang at all. the second the match was over it said he was unlocked. the most I've probably won in a row is maybe 5. I played as kitana mostly if that means anything.
Most likely only for Kombat Pack buyers. Others will have to pay $$ if they want them.
Go to Offline Record in Extras and then go to the last tab. It lists all you levels in the various categories.
Maybe the Kold War Skins are a separate DLC?
