Don't know if you're still working on bojutsu but I"m getting a little more damage in the corner with starter xx bo swat, nj divekick, 343~bo swing
so for instance:
b14~bo swat, nj divekick, 343~bo swing (35%)
b214-bo swat, nj divekick, 343~bo swing (38%)
I tried getting a njp in there but it makes the last hit of bo swing. paradoxically, attempting to meter burn the last bo swing for extra damage will decrease the combo damage...

I agree, sometimes I'll play around with it. But for sure, that splat is good in the corner if you don't need the extra 5-6% damageJust an early observation....End combos with F3 to splat opponents. They cant tech roll and you can stuff their wakeups. You can literally get up in their face and do both over head or lows. I cant guarantee every character, but so far so good.
You only get wake-up armor on meterburn. His Bo Swat, Bo Swing, Low Bo Swing, Flip Kick, and Flying Kick all get armor on meterburn.I played for a bit with Kung Jin and he looks very solid. still have not played online, but tomorrow gonna try. he will be my first character to beat someone (or lose to someone). which of his attacks have wakeup armor except for bo swing?

Alright, cool.I've actually converted to Chakram. It feels like home to me and gives me additional zoning options. Here are some of my bnb's (work in progress)

Corner: B12~EX Chakram Jump Forward 4, 34, Dive Kick , 343~flying kick ~36% I believe
I have others that utilize his Upwards kick into overhead, I just can't remember the string notations from memory yet. (I'm at work)
