Now my characters are not recharing unless I leave the app running... this is frustrating. Anyone else having a similar issue?

Found this fix online, worked for me!

"Ok guys, I think I found the fix to the "error fetching data" message when you first sign in.

So go to menu, then profile, then WBplay/change WBID.

Click on where it says "don't have a WBplay account?" and click "Sign up using email"

Now, input your existing email/password you have created for WBplay.

Now type in your birthday and leave the box that's checked already checked, and then click "I agree to the Private Policy and Terms And Conditions"

Then click on the blue box on the right "Sign up using your email" and a message should appear.

"The account "_____" has already been linked, would you like to link "_____" with it?

Click yes.

It may take a second or two to actually update.

If not, repeat those last 2 steps, and click yes.

It should bring you back to the menu I believe.

Quit the app, and relaunch it and it should work!!

It worked for me, so now I am online!

I can even use Ally assists now!!!

However I still don't have the "Login to WBplay box checked in the cross unlock menu," but its a start."

Out of energy? Close the game, change your phones clock forward by 2 hours, restart your phone and hop back into the game.

Duplicates actually really help! They level upgrade your character quite a bit. I bought Monk upgraded his grab special(so OP) all the way and bought like 3-4 duplicates of him.

Yeah that's what I tried before but there's still things not working.

I'm randomly getting allies now, but I'll only have 2 show up who I got on my friend list when I first started. And it'll only work for 2 games and go away.

The way it worked at the beginning was - each match, before the match loaded you would get a list of 5-6 random assists to choose from, and after it ended you could choose to add the one you used as a friend. But now I only have friend list ones show up so I can't get any more.

Woo hoo! This did it. And I can now do the energy reset glitch by moving the clock forward two hours. And I no longer get the connection error. Time to grind koins!

Agreed. Believe it or not, I randomly drew a 2nd silver Scorpion with a Kard Pack purchase, and it increased each of his stats by 1000 or so. That is amazing compared to the gains you get from increasing your level. As best I can tell, the fastest way to strengthen your character, is get as many duplicates as you can.

Also pay attention to a character's card description, I have a silver Kenshi and if you team him up with 'Martial Artists(yingyang symbol)' he does 40% more damage; It's insane! I partnered him up with a Monk who adds a special bar to everyone when he dies.

Joking.. The Android does have pretty good internals. I actually think the (insert nerd term here) is one of the best processors. I was talking about the previous iterations. I'm just not a fan of android. But I'm not gonna start. I'm sure we could go on forever

So I keep trying to do the souls glitch and it was working a great majority of the day. But now when I try it and keep trying to start the game up it gets to the sub zero loading screen and just crashes and doesn't want to open. Would someone be able to help me?

Next time you're drained, push your phone's clock two hours ahead. Then restart your phone and launch the app to see you now have full energy. This only works if you're connected through WBID.

Yeah. For Kitana, all you have to do is level a character to 40. For Mileena, you have to finish a challenge ladder. Scorpion and Jax are the only ones who seem rage-inducingly hard to get.
