How the hell does Cyborg beat Bane? I've had Bane winning that mu and no Cyborg has given me reason to change it.

Lol I was literally just about to post asking Balding how he got spared the wrath of this community for saying Bane loses a matchup. Suggesting Bane might lose a matchup in these forums is like suggesting evolution has merit at bible study.

Its not the same as the Zod mu, Cyborg isn't trip guarding us with lasers and doesn't chip as well as Zod. You can beat out grapple and Cyborg has 0 chance when Bane is in. How is this a winning match?

I've had cyborg winning that mu and no bane has given me a good reason to change it. All this "you can charge through fireballs" and " wait until he gets him In the corner brah" are not good reasons.

I disagree, its just there are matchups that are clearly even.

I don't think matchups that tournament Bane players can't even agree on are "clearly even" either though. You've got him only losing two, the most relevant Bane in the tournament scene as of late has him losing 7-8, and who even knows where the OG Bane himself, Max, stands.

In fact, both Bane and Cyborg players were trying to say Bane bodies Cyborg free just a couple of months ago and didn't wanna hear shit about it possibly being closer to even if the Cyborg player's iafb execution is on point. Now we've got a Cyborg player saying Cyborg outright wins lol.

I can't wait for MKX because hopefully we'll actually have more than just a handful (at best) of top players for each character declaring matchups 7-3 because one person beat the shit out of them once. Injustice matchup charts are absolute garbage because nobody's getting extensive experience against multiple high level players for at least half the cast. Even if you and Balding played each other what's that really gonna prove about the character matchup over the player matchup? Who knows lol.

I suggest you all play a good long couple of sets before blasting Balding. He is a great player and no one plays Cyborg like him. He does his homework and he really opened my eyes to the Zatanna MU, and we both changed our opinion on it. The likelihood is that none of you have played his Cyborg and are basing your opinions off of 'lol Cyborg' instead of actually playing a high-level one.

I have always either said cyborg beats bane or goes even. When Cyborg had his push block trap he won. Now I think it is even. A 5-5

I have extensive MU experience here as well

Honestly, I think myself, Armor, and Balding are the only competent (active) cyborgs.

Which cyborgs are you all playing? I know which Banes I have played and they would all probably agree around even

Batgirl, Sinestro, and Zod beat Cyborg 7:3.
I also highly doubt Cyborg beats Bane and Batman 6:4.

Which character specialists have you fought to determine these match ups?

At the moment, I see Bane losing to Flash Zatanna Batman possibly Batgirl but I have very little experience vs Batgirl. I've just been lazy to revise the current MU chart. But Cyborg? No. Maybe I need to play Wulf more but I don't struggle in that match.

I have played long sets with Khaotic Mrsololobo and eevee. Before you say play sonic fox, sonic fox was never available.
